Liam and I sat down on the couch with Shelby in between us, she didn’t say a word the entire time that we were talking to her I’m not sure if it was because she wanted to hear what we were going to say of if she was just too scared to say anything. After we talked to her about what happened we then decided that now would be a good time to tell her some good news. “Shelby you know how we have been talking about going on tour again,” Liam said she looked up at us and shook her head “Well we thought that maybe after we go to the beach we could start the tour if that’s ok with you?” Liam asked. We always made sure that Shelby had some input on big decisions like this, we wanted to know what Shelby thought about it and what she would like to do. “Sounds great now I can finally say I went to a One Direction concert,” she said while laughing a little we completely forgot that she has never gone to a concert or been on a tour so this would be good for her to see everything. We kept talking for a while and to be honest it was nice that we were able to talk about stuff like this, it’s like we are a family again “So when do you think you will come home?” Liam asked “Ya Niall misses you,” I said while giving her a little shove she seemed to laugh at the gesture “I’m going to stay here till tomorrow unless you want me to leave now I mean I would have to tell Luke…” “Wait you’ll have to tell who?” I said while interrupting her I knew it was a stupid move but I wanted to know the relationship stations between them. “So are you two dating or what?” I said “Zayn I don’t think now is the time,” Liam said Shelby looked up at Liam and then me “We’re just friends,” she said while doing a little sigh. I could tell that she liked him but I knew that she would never admit it.

Everyone who was outside came back in and we began to talk some more until Liam said that it was getting late and thought we should go back home before Mrs. White gets worried about us too. We got up and said goodbye and asked if Luke could give us a ride back to the store so we could get the car he grabbed the keys and was about to ask if Shelby wanted to come but we told him that we wanted to talk to him alone. He seemed to understand so we got into the car and drove off in the night. “I have one question for you, Luke is it?” I said like a concerned older brother would sound “Um, sure what’s up,” he said while looking at me for a second and then back at the road “So what do you think of Shelby?” I asked “Zayn now is not the ti…” Liam said before I cut him off “I just want to know what he thinks,” I said. The car was so quite you could hear Luke gulp, “I think she’s nice, I can tell that she has a lot of responsibility on her shoulders but she is somehow able to stay calm,” he said. “True but do you have any feelings for her?” I asked “I promise that I won’t tell her it will just be between us,” I said so he could tell me. He was silent for a while and then he started to talk again “Well ya I guess I do…just wondering why do you want to know?” he asked me “I just wanted to know so I can keep an eye on you,” I said while putting my hand on his shoulder. “He’s just being over protective, nothing you need worry about,” Liam said while taking my hand off the boys shoulder, I sat back in the seat crossing my arms looking out the window waiting for us to finally arrive at the store we could get into our own car and get home. 

We finally made it to the store and Liam and I got out of the car, Liam was nice enough to thank Luke for giving us a ride but I went over to our car waiting for Liam to unlock the car. “You know you could have been a little nicer to him,” Liam said while unlocking the car, “I am being nice I’m just showing him not to get too close to Shelby,” I said while crossing my arms “You’re acting like a crazy older brother with trust issues,” Liam said. It was silent for a while but my phone broke the silence, “Who’s calling?” Liam asked “Just Louis,” I said before I answered the phone.
