Chapter 13

Chapter 13- Soraya’s POV

"Soraya!" Dominic called "I know you've been quite ill lately but you've already missed a few days of school I don't know if you can afford to miss any more."

"Don't worry I'm coming in today. I'm not coming in now though ... My first lesson isn't until 11 so I'll just come in later okay,"

"Okay I'll come and pick you up at 10.30 right?”

Sighing inwardly I replied “Dominic I can make my own way to school you know, I'm not -"

"Just make sure you're ready by 10.30 Soraya I'm not arguing with you about this."

"But aren't you going to be in a lesson at that time I don't want you getting in trouble with school," I tried again

"Listen Soraya, you will be picked up at 10.30 on the dot okay. If I'm busy I'll just send someone else to pick you up alright. Stop being so difficult jheeze,"

"Eurgh fine!"

"See you later!" Dominic called before shutting the door.

I waited inside my room until I heard Dominic's car reverse out of the driveway, then jumped out of my bed fully clothed, ninja style.

See today was payback day for me. I mean just because Cain is my alpha it doesn't give him the right to fu~k with my feelings like that. What he did was just cruel. And I'm going to get him back for what he did. By the time I'm through with him, he'll be begging for me to be his girlfriend.

But first, I need to go shopping.

"Is there anything I can help you with ma’am?" A bright and cheery eyed assistant asked as soon as I entered the shop.

"Well I'm looking for an outfit to impress. Not a dress though, I'm not very fond of them. Possibly jeans or a skirt with a nice top will do." I replied

"I see... And who are you trying to impress? A girl, a boy, parents -"

"A boy,"

"I see... I'll be right back,"

And with that the assistant went to the curtained of area of the shop.

As I waited for the shop assistant to return I wondered whether I was actually making the right decision. I wondered whether trying to seduce Cain would actually work. More importantly would I be able to pull it off?

"Here you are ma'am," The shop assistant said with outstretched arms.

The outfit that she was holding looked absolutely perfect! In one hand was a navy blue body con skirt and navy blue boot heels and in the other hand she held a tight fitting tee and a buttoned denim shirt. If this didn't make Cain want me I seriously did not know what would.

"Wow," I breathed "Let me just go and try it on to make sure it fits,"

"Alright, the changing room is just through there ... I've given you a size ten for the top and the bottom as I'm not too sure of your size but if you need me to bring a different size just give me a shout."

Once I was inside the changing room I checked my phone quickly to make sure it wasn't ten o clock yet. I knew it would take about twenty minutes to get home from here and I'd need enough time to change as well. Afterwards I took of my clothes and tried on my new outfit. After staring at myself in the mirror at every possible angle I decided to call the shop assistant to get a second opinion on the outfit.
