chapter 5

Jordan's POV****

"You can't be serious" I say looking at Ty. He nods before taking my hand, leading me on to the boat. "Hello and welcome to Chute for the Sky parasailing! We will be leaving the docks in about 3 minutes" a women announces over the intercom. Ty leads me to a bench in the back of the boat, sitting down. He pulls me into his lap as I stare at the floor, shaking.

"It will be alright" Ty whispers into my ear. I nod, still shaking, as the man driving the boat unlatches the rope from the dock. "How could you do this to me? You know I'm terrified of heights" I ask looking back at him. "I wanted to show you something. Up there is the only way that I can show you" he answers pecking my cheek. I nod as the man starts the boat and leads us out into the ocean.

"You kids ready?" the man calls back to us as he slowly stops the boat. "Yes sir!" Ty answers with a amazing smile. I stand up and strap on a harness while Ty does the same. The man straps us both to a parasail, telling us all of the rules and safety guidelines.

"Are you ready?" Ty asks looking at me. I take a deep breath and nod as the man walks back to the front of the boat. "Here we go!" he yells, starting the boat back up. I squeeze my eyes shut, refusing to watch myself get flown into the air.

Air whipped my hair into my face while it swirled past my ears. "Jordan honey look over there" Ty says holding me tighly. I slowly open my eyes to see a long boardwalk that I havnt seen in years and something new. "Are my eyes messing with me?" I gasp looking below. In huge letters across the sand it says JORDAN & TY surrounded by a heart.

"How did you do that?" I ask, looking back at Ty with a huge smile. "I know some people. See heights arn't that bad are they?" he answers, chuckling. "I think I am in love with them" I reply smiling as he kisses me gently.

After about 10 more minutes, they bring us down and take us back to the shore. "So what's next on your to do list?" I ask laughing. Ty laughs and pulls me into a hug. "I think the waves are calling my name" he answers giving a side smile. I smile and nod as he leads me back to the rental car we got.

After we arrive, Ty and I walk along the ocean shore, hand in hand. Waves crash on the shore while seagulls cried overhead. My toes dig deeper in the sand as we continue walking the shoreline. "So we're going to be here for a week?" I ask looking around in awe. "Yep. Tonight we're going over there" Ty answers, pointing towards the boardwalk where a amusement park lay.

I smile and drift my gaze down to my feet, seeing a starfish. I kneeled down and noticed that it was still alive. I let go of Ty's hand and picked it up, walking to the water. The feeling of warm water ran through my toes as I set the starfish back in the water.

A smile spread across my face as the starfish was carried back to the sea. I turn to Ty and see him putting his phone back into his pocket. "What did you do?" I ask crossing my arms. "Nothing" he replies with a smirk growing on his face. "You took a picture didn't you?" I ask smiling while walking up to him. "I couldn't help it. It looked like a perfect picture so I took it" he answers showing it to me. "Wow. That's a great picture of me!" I exclaim making him laugh.

The rest of the day went by so peaceful. We eventuallu headed back and began to get ready for tonight. I hopped into the shower then quickly changed into a gray tank top, a blue woven jacket, skinny jeans and charcoal colored converse.

After drying and running a flat iron through my hair, I walk out into the hotel room seeing that Ty was gone. I shrug and make my way out to the balcony. A warm breeze surrounds me, blowing my hair out of my face. I sit down, pulling my knees to my chest, watching the sun beginning to set. With the seagulls flying overhead, everything seemed to be at peace.

I take deep breaths, closing my eyes. I reach into my pocket and text Katherine. Hey Kat I text, watching my text send through. #HEYGIRLHEY! she replies, making me giggle. Can you do me a favor? I text. The waves crash on the shore in front of me while seagulls fly overhead. Sure. she answers. Can you send me a picture of Bandit? I miss him. I reply, waiting for the picture. She then sends me a picture that showed Bandit asleep in the spot I slept in before we left for Florida. I smile, locking my phone. "Jordan?" Ty asks, walking out on to the balcny. I look up at him, quickly wiping away a tear.

"Jor. What's wrong honey?" he asks kneeling next to me. I hold the picture of Bandit up to him. "He's so cute and ugh. Do I miss him" I answer with a smile. Ty smiles, helping me stand up. "You ready to go?" he asks. I nod, following him out of the hotel room.

(Tomorrow is where the drama begins my lovelys!!! *laughs deviously* lol jk but I hope u enjoy todays chapter. Sorry for no updates yesterday. Sickness defeated me :P)
