chapter 8

Jordan's POV****

I roll over to face Ty still sound asleep next to me. A bright ray of sunlight shines through the window as I try going back to sleep. "Ugh" I groan quietly giving up on the sleep that I crave. I look at Ty and watch him sleep peacefully. Gently, I raise a finger and barely drag it over his cheek and nose, tracing the outlines of his face.

After about two minutes of me doing this, he realizes that I was touching his face. "What are you doing?" Ty asks as I smile at him. "I honestly don't know" I answer. He chuckles and pulls me to him in a tight hug. I lay my head lightly against his chest, feeling warm and safe. "Do we have to get up today or can we just lay here and watch movies?" I ask looking into his eyes. "Hmmm" he says looking back at me. "I'll think about it" he answers, kissing my cheek. My face grows hot and my cheeks flush a shade of pink as I cuddle more into his chest.

Katherine's POV****

This brilliant idea of mine buzzed inside of my head. I turn into a convenient store parking lot as Jason and Adam hop out and run inside to get our items. A few minutes passed before they both returned out to the car with bags in their arms. "Did you get all of it?" I ask, looking at them as they both slide in the back seat. "Yep. We're ready" Adam answers with a smirk. I turn on the car and start towards Ryan's house. He somehow bought a house in less than 24 hours and moved his things out of Jordan and Ty's house in that time to.

I look over at June and notice a huge smile that spreads across her face. I turn up the music and start singing to it immediately. "This is my jam!" Adam and Jason say as All about that bass plays through the speakers of the car. I laugh as both of them sing along to the song in their girliest voices. "I don't understand you two" June says shaking her head then laughing. I nod my head, agreeing, as I pull the car to the side of the road in front of Ryan's house. We get out of the car as Adam sets the bags down in front of us. "Perfect. June you get the honors of going first" I say holding up a random bag.

She closes her eyes and reaches in before pulling out a can of green silly string. "Do with it however you want" Jason says smiling at her. She smiles back and carries her can of silly string up to his door. There, she opens his mail slot and sprays right in it. The three of us laugh before grabbing a item of our choices. I grab the pink silly string while Adam and Jason grab rolls of toilet paper. They throw them across the tree and house covering almost every inch of Ryan's yard in toilet paper. "I haven't had this much fun in years" June yells laughing. Next, her and I cover his car in eggs and multi colored silly string. "Katherine do you happen to have tape in your car?" June asks walking up to me. "There should be some in the bag. Jason and I bought some duct tape because we had a idea" Adam says, smirking at Jason.

June grabs the tape as her, Adam and Jason walk back up to his house. Adam leads her to the garage door and explains something to her that makes her face light up. They each pull out a long strand of tape and spell out the word LIAR across his garage door. I walk up to them noticing June adding one touch. She takes a small piece of duct tape and tapes her engagement ring on the door. Tears slowly run down her face as Jason holds her. "Poor thing" I say under my breath as Adam nods his head in agreement. "Come on guys lets take a group picture to send to Jordan and Ty" I say as everyone agrees. I hold out my phone and take a picture of us with our creation in the background. "We should probably go before Ryan comes out" Jason says as he leads June to the car. I follow behind with Adam following me.  

Jordan's POV****

I trace my finger across Ty's chest as my phone goes off on the other side of the room. "Ugh I don't wanna get up" I groan, sliding out of the bed. A picture of sweet revenge popped on my screen making me laugh. Did Ryan leave her? I text Katherine, waiting for a reply. Yep. So we wanted to take revenge for June. "Ty look at what June, Katherine, Jason and Adam did to Ryan's house" I chuckle, showing the picture to Ty. He laughs, "tell them I said good job". Ty wanted me to tell you great job and tell June I hope she buys a lot of ice cream and I love her. Let me know how Ryan takes it once he finds out. I reply.

Warm hands suddenly appear around my waist as Ty pulls me to him. I lean my head back on to his warm chest, which sends chills up my spine. Ty then begins to sway back and forth as I close my eyes. "Is today just going to be a lazy you and me day?" I ask, eyes still closed. "Sounds amazing so yes" Ty answers as he takes my phone out of my hand. "You won't need this" he says, setting it down. Quickly, Ty picks me up and lays me down on the bed before putting in a movie, then laying next to me.
