chapter 20

Jordan's POV****

I peek around the side of the wall looking for any flashes of green. Nothing. I turn and jog the opposite way where I see flashes of red. The girls. Chasing after them, I run until I duck behind a wall, looking for any sign of green. Suddenly, I look up seeing a group of them. "Above!" I call, shooting all of them, with the help of Nichole. They each groan before splitting up. Then, we wait. No sign of the guys anywhere.

"I'll be right back" I whisper to Nichole before running and hiding behind another wall. Ready. Set. Go! My mind yells as I run up the ramp, looking foor any trace of the opposing team. I jump behind a barrel, hoping to catch my breath before running again. I peek around the corner and still see no one.

I turn back around and see a flash of green standing in front of me. Ty. He leans down and kisses me gently. Quickly, I pull up my gun and shoot his torso, pulling away. "I love you but this is still a game babe!" I yell, kissing him on the cheek before running off. "Ugh Jor!" Ty calls from behind me. I run back to Nichole and crouch besides her, seeing June run up to us and crouch down. "Do you guys have a plan?"she asks, looking between the both of us. I look behind her and see Adam running up to us. In one swipe, I shoot him, making him groan in anger. "Again?!". I laugh and hide behind the wall.

~After The Game~

We run out of the arena exhausted and laughing. "Who won?!" Jason asks, pushing thrugh the crowd. "WINNERS!!" I yell, laughing. The guys, once again, groan. "How ?!" Adam and Jerome yell in unison. I cross my arms and look between the both of them before replying "simple. Girls are better than guys". The girls laugh and high five each other while the guys pouted. "You wouldn't believe what I found!" Alesa yelled, gathering the girls around her. The guys walked off towards the arcade area while the rest of us stayed in our huddle. "I found a hidey hole where if you go in it, they can't see your color or gun and you can shoot them as they look around like idiots. I dragged Kat along and man was it funny!" Alesa laughed. We laugh along with her as our whole group leaves to our next destination that the guys have in mind.

~Time Skip~

"Wait. We're going to what?" Nichole asks, crossing her arms. "Photo scavenger hunt. We're going to look at the clock and determine the exact time 15 minutes from then. Then, the guys will go in a group and search to find an item and take a picture of it with our phones. At the 15 minute mark, we will text that picture to the other groups, that you have decided, and then you set out to find those items that we texted to you. When you find it, you take a picture and text it to one of the guys to show that you have found it. The first group to find each item wins" Jerome says, walking in front of the group. "Oh great. This is going to be interesting" I chuckle, crossing my arms.
