chapter 21

Jordan's POV****

"15 minutes begins now" Jerome says as him and the guys start walking around the mall. "Well the next 15 minutes are going to be boring" I joke, crossing my arms. "Since we're here, I'm going in this store!" Katherine yells, running in a nearby store. "Now the problem is getting her out of the store" June answers, laughing.

I laugh as I drag Katherine back to our group. "Okay. 2 groups. One group will have 3 while the other has only 2" I say, looking around at the girls. "Kat, Alesa and I then you and Nichole?" June asks as I nod. I then pull out my phone and text Ty. Nichole and I are a team. Kat, June and Alesa are the opposing team. In reply I got a picture and, by the looks of it, Kat did too.

"A fern?" I whisper, looking over at Nichole. She nods, smirking. "Probably Jerome's idea". 5 more pictures followed that. "So there is a plant, trashcan, old guy sleeping, a heart, a bucket of red goo and a train?" I recite quietly.

Katherine holds out her phone, watching the time as it slowly turns to 15 mintes after. "That's 15! Let's go!" Katherine exclaims, getting looks from others, as everyne rushes foreward. "Okay what should we do first?" I ask, looking back at Nichole. "Wait! There's the old guy sleeping!" Nichole says, pointing in front of her. I nod as we rush down the escalator. Then we do the unbelievable. We take a selfie with the old man who is sound asleep behind us, before running away quickly.

I send it to Ty and continue to look for more objects. Suddenly, I notice a jewler store on my left. "Maybe the heart is a necklace or a ring". Nichole nods as I pull her into the store. We walk alongside the jewelry shown until coming across the heart shown in the picture. "Yes!" Nichole exclaims as I take a picture of it and send it Ty.

We walk out of the store where a trashcan lay. I, of course, took a picture and sent it. "What's left on our list?" Nichole asks. I pull out my phone and read it off to her. "Red goo, train and the plant". "Isn't there a Halloween store in here? The red goo could be fake blood" Nichole replies. "Yes! You're brilliant!" I exclaim, pulling her towards the Halloween store.

Once we finally reach the store, Nichole and I look around for a bucket of fake blood. From across the store I hear screaming as I see Katherine, June and Alesa go running out of the store. "Well they had the same idea as us" I whisper to Nichole, chuckling. She laughs along with me and we continue to search the store.

"Over there!" I exclaim running to the bucket that lies in front of us. Something doesn't seem right. I look up above the bucket and the curtains that lie on the wall. I pull the curtains across and cross my arms.

Adam and Ty were standing there, smirking. "Sorry but I'm not so easily scared" I answer, smiling. "Is that a challenge?" Ty asks tauntingly. I nod, smirking, before taking the picture and sending it to Ty. "Come on Jor 2 things left!!" Nichole whines, pulling me out of the store.
