chapter 9

Jordan's POV****

I couldn't pay any attention to the movie that was playing. Something was wrong and I could feel it. Someone was hurt or something was about to happen. This feeling ached in my gut as a knock is heard from the door. I jump a little at the sound but eventually make my way to the door. I open the door and look up to the dark figure standing there. "Are you Jordan" the figure asks. I simply nod as it comes more into the light. "Perfect" was all it said before lunging on me. I screamed for Ty, terrified for what might happen next. I then tried to fight the figure off. Suddenly something tight was around my neck. Looking across the room into a mirror, I see myslef standing on a chair with a rope draped across my neck. You have Ty! Don't do this to yourself! My mind screams to itself as I look down at the floor, seeing how much I craved it. Unexpectedly, a feeling of warmth and home wrapped around me. Gentle waves of smooth singing surrounds me making me take the rope off.

"Jordan" the voice sang. I clench my eyes tightly, wanting to me to be wrapped in the soft medley and warmth forever. When I finally open them Ty's face is directly in front of me. "Are you okay honey" he coos into my ear as I nod. "Y-Yeah. I'll be fine". He pulls me close to him as I look into his eyes. "Nightmare?" Ty asks calmly. I nod once again as he squeezes me to him. Ty then clashes his lips to mine, holding my face in one of his hands.

"How did I get lucky enough to call you mine?" I ask looking into his eyes. Smiling, he takes my hand and looks deep in my eyes. "Because I was lucky enough for you to steal my heart" he answers, making my heart do flips. I blush and look down as he kisses the top of my head. "I love you Jordan. So much more than you will ever know" Ty says gently. Tears begin to grow in my eyes. I look up at Ty as he wipes away my tears with his thumb. "I love you too Ty. So so much". He pulls me to him, making me sit in his lap. Gently, he wraps his arms around me and holds me close.

I look over his shoulder at the alarm clock behind him, seeing that it was already noon. "Babe I know we were just going to lay around in bed all day but I have to take you to one place" I whisper into his ear. He nods and kisses my cheek before standing up, holding me in his arms. "I'm not scared of heights anymore. You broke me of that" I snicker, looking at him. "Are you sure about that?" he asks as I slip a little in his arms. I wrap my arms around his neck quickly. He smiles and walks out to the balcony, turning to let me see the ocean. "This place is so beautiful" I say, smiling big.

He smiles at me as I lean against his chest looking out at the water. "So where is it that place that you're taking me?" Ty asks, tiltiing my face to look at him. "I'm not telling you. You kept things and secrets hidden from me. So, I'm not telling you" I answer. He groans, setting me down. "Put a swimsuit on. You'll need it". I lean up and kiss his cheek before going into the bathroom then hopping in the shower. After my shower, I throw on my peacock bikini with a turquiose tank top and jean shorts. Hastely, I dry my hair then run a flat iron through it.

I walk out of the bathroom to see Ty gone once again. Laying on the bed, I pull out my phone and press record. "Hey guys what's up. Sorry for the lack of videos. As you know I am on my honeymoon and man is it beautiful here. Look!" I say, walking towards the balcony pointing the camera at the beach. "I could not have asked to be more blessed than what I already am. I love you all and hopefully I can start uploading everyday again here pretty soon! Okay guys have a good one!" I finish recording and upload it to my channel.

I sit down on the balcony and pull my legs to my chest, looking out at the water. Randomly I begin to sing to myself.

"You never cease to amaze me when you sing" Ty says from the doorway behind me. I smile, looking down "thanks". He smiles and walks over to me, helping me up. "Can we go to this place now? I'm really excited" he replies with a smile growing on his face. I smile back at him and nod, grabbing his hand then leading him out of the hotel towards my secret place.
