MERYLS POV.
'Amandas gone!' Julie exclaimed, she looked just as worried as me and Christine. 'Where is she?!' She was frantic and I didn't know what to do for the best, I couldn't just magic Amanda out of thin air, she had obviously gone somewhere but the question was, where?
'Not to worry, girls' Alesandro said calmly. 'We will find your friend again, in no time at all' We all began on our way back down the dock to try and find her. She couldn't have gone far. I thought that, but, in all honesty, I didn't know who had taken her. Where they had taken her. Why they had taken her, or if she had even been taken at all!
We got to the shops, we all split up, to look for any sign of where she might have gone. We all had no clue, we hadn't seen anyone grab her, or heard anything from her if they had taken her. 'there's not a lot of places she could have gone!' Christine said. 'It's not like here, is a big place to get lost in'
We went into the first shop we could see and asked the first person we could see, if they had seen Amanda. They didn't know what she looked like. DAMN. 'Um.. here, here'. I pulled my phone out and pulled up a photo of me and Amanda at the hotel the day before.
'No, No. I not see her anywhere here' The shop keeper smiled warmly at me. 'If I see her, I make sure to come and tell you. If I find you again' both me and Christine smiled at the shopkeeper. 'Thankyou, Thankyou so much!' We turned and left the shop
We spent the next couple of hours walking around all the shops on the sea front, by this time, I was getting extremely tired. I went to sit on a bench and sighed. 'I can't walk any longer, Julie. I'm sorry but you're just going to have to not have my help for a while' I sat there trying to get my breath back and make the aching leave my legs.
'THERE SHE IS!' Christine exclaimed. We all looked over frantically trying to look for her. then, came the sight none of us wanted to see.. or, a sentance that we never wanted to hear come from Christine's mouth. 'Shes in the water. Face down...'
