I knew that it was going to go down.

Remi and Elaine were attacking each other with such aggression, that I was actually worried.

The good thing, was that Blyke was there. So I didn't really need to interfere.

"Calm down!" The spiky red haired male commanded, glaring at both girls.

      "But she..." Remi yelled.

Blyke didn't hesitate to interrupt her, "Remi, not now."

       She went silent.

Elaine looked down, anger and sorrow filled her eyes.

Both girls were angry, and that was when Blyke snapped.

"Why the hell..." he yelled, "can't you two forgive and apologize already?!"

This time, Elaine was the one to respond.

"Because this problem is something that we both caused." She glared at Remi. "We were both the victim."

Blyke shook his head, "then it makes the whole process easier!"

"Not when she," She pointed at Remi, "can't admit that she began it, and ended up receiving exactly what she gave."

Electricity sparked around Remi's hands. "How is it supposed to be easy." Remi stated, "when I suffered twice?!"

"What do you mean?" Elaine demanded, "you suffered once. That was when I spent a week putting paint bombs around the school for you."

Remi shook her head, "and what about when you bumped into me? What do you think people said about me, when I let you get away without any words or emotion?"

Elaine clenched her fists, "how is that my problem? I didn't want to bump into you that day! I was simply trying to get to class!"

Remi paused for a moment, almost as if she was contemplating what Elaine just said.

"It didn't matter!" Remi growled, "you were the cause of my misery!"

Elaine shook her head, "I never wanted this! If Defamatory hadn't been there, maybe I wouldn't have attacked back. But he helped me get through this!"

"Then what did you..." Remi was gripping her head.

"I get it now." Blyke interrupted. "You both weren't the only ones in the war you two had."

"What do you mean?" Elaine asked, "both of us were the only ones."

"Not exactly." Blyke shrugged, "who helped you get revenge on Remi. Who helped you encourage the war you had between each other?"

"Well..." Elaine paused, "it was Defamatory."

Blyke nodded, "I was the one with the idea to wreck your reputation around the school." He admitted.

"Blyke!" Remi hissed, "What are you trying to say?"

Blyke smiled, "to have a war, you always need someone to help you through it." He turned to smile at all of us. "Nobody can win a fight in their own."

Elaine looked confused, "what do you mean?"

"Defamatory helped you, right?" Blyke asked.

Elaine nodded, "what does that have to do with anything?"

"Think about it. Without him, do you think you would have been able to attack back?"

      Elaine shook her head.

Blyke turned to Remi. "Remi, without me, do you think you would have been able to start talking about Elaine like that?"

      Remi shook her head.

I gasped in understanding, "so you were the ones that triggered the whole thing!"

Blyke nodded, "without me Remi, you wouldn't have started getting Elaine sad. And without John, Elaine wouldn't have been able to attack back."

It dawned on both Remi and Elaine. The shock on their faces were laughable.

"So we aren't the ones who actually fought!" Elaine mumbled.

Blyke nodded, "technically speaking, it was me that Elaine wanted to get revenge on. And John was the one who Remi was supposed to despise all this time."

All four of us must have spent five minutes trying to process this information, because a lot of people walked past us giving us strange looks.

"So could you two just apologize already?" Blyke demanded, I could tell that he didn't want to deal with those two again.

Elaine and Remi both looked at each other, I could tell that they weren't sure about it.

"I'm sorry." Elaine admitted, "I shouldn't have attacked you back like that. And I should've asked what your intentions were before doing something like that."

Remi regarded her in shock, before looking apologetic. "I guess it's my fault as well, I shouldn't have spread rumours like that just because we bumped into each other, it was petty."

They both shook hands, they weren't entirely sure in their decision, but they were close enough.

"Well." I said in a distraught voice, "I'm guessing that by now, they must have found Christian."

All three of them jumped up, "well this isn't good..."

"So," I continued, "I suggest we stay away from the school for now, or we will be..." I shook, I didn't even want to imagine it.

The others nodded, "so why don't we do something to cheer ourselves up." Blyke suggested.

Remi shrugged, "that's fine with me."

Elaine looked down, "let's hope Defamatory doesn't kill me when we get back... he hates when I'm late."

I patted her back. "I don't think it will be that bad..."

"Where should we go?" Blyke asked impatiently. "Remi, you said we were going somewhere, where do you plan?"

Remi shrugged, "I planned to go to the mall, but I don't think we have enough time for that anymore."

Blyke and me both widened our eyes. 'The mall?!' Ran through their minds. 'The utterly boring place?!"

Elaine sighed, "that would have been nice... but what else could we do?"

Remi looked down, "I don't know."

"Why don't we go to the woods!" I laughed. "It's only a mile away!"

Blyke shook his head, "the girls would be terrified." He stated.

Remi shook her head, "oh come one! I'm not scared!"

Elaine nodded, "why say that when you don't have any proof?"

Blyke stared at me, "Well then," he grinned, "that's a yes!"

We both fist pumped, no mall today!!

"Let's go," Remi urged, "standing here is boring."

And the four of us set off to the woods...

The next episode will be a special. So you don't really need to read it. But I encourage you to!
