We Meet Again

Please Wake Up

She's dying. The doctors took me out of the room so they could help her.

(I don't know how this shit works in the hospital, sorry, I'm stupid.)

I huff out a breath as I pace around the room. Jaiden and James sit next to each other and hold each other's hand. Tim isn't here. Fucking bastard didn't show up for the past few weeks. And today of all days he doesn't show up.

I hear the doctors frantically trying to save her.

Jaiden: "Calm down Adam, it's going to be alright."

I look at her with red eyes.

Adam: "Alright. Alright? Are you kidding me? She's dying!! You expect me to be "alright"?! NO! The woman I love is in a hospital bed dying! Don't tell me things will be alright. Cause it ain't looking like it's "alright" Jaiden."

I see the shock in her face. She looks down and James hugs her tightly. He looks at me with a tense glare. I roll my eyes as I wait.

*End of Adam's POV*

*Y/n's POV*

Ugh. My head hurts. I open my eyes and I sit up straight. I look and see

Y/n: "Mom? Dad?"

Mom: "My baby!"

She comes running towards me. I widened my eyes as I feel the tears fall. I feel their warmth as they hug me.

Y/n: "You-You guys. Wait...this...this isn't real...you guys...you guys died."

They let go of me and look at each other. Not in confusion. No. But...in an understanding way.

Mom: "We both know what's been going on."

Dad: "That Adam fellow. I like him."

I giggle.

Y/n: "Yeah. I like him too. Alot."

Mom: "But sweetheart, what about Tim?"

I look at her.

Y/n: "I...don't...know. I just...I just don't connect with him that way. I do with Adam."

Mom: "Sweetheart. But...you're going to be with us...don't you want that?"

I look at them. And yet...I hear a voice.

Adam: "Please wake up. I miss you."

I look at my mom. Then my dad.

I look at the ground and think.

Y/n: "I've decided..."

*End of Y/n's POV*

*Adam's POV*

I hold her hand.

Adam: "Please come back. I miss you. I miss you so much. Please wake up."

I feel the losing of hope. Tears stream down my face. As I start to feel the crumbling sensation of not being able to see her smiling face again

Y/n: "don't cry adam. i'm here now."

She moves her hand from my grip and holds my face while wiping the tears away with her thumb.

I widened my eyes.

Adam: "Y/n? Y/n!"

I bounce up and cup her face.

Adam: "You're awake. You're finally awake!"

I start kissing her everywhere on her face. Then I plant a sweet and gentle kiss on her lips. She smiles slightly and kisses me back.

Y/n: "I missed you too Adam."

I still have the tears stream down my face.

Adam: "I love you so much."

I lean my forehead down to touch hers.

She sighs and holds my wrists as my hands still cup her face and my thumbs make circles on her cheeks.

Y/n: "I love you too."
