Chapter 2 (Filler Chapter)

"Like now?" Penelope texted.

"If you don't want to that's totally fine. You don't have to. Don't feel pressured." Josie replied.

"NO, that's completely fine." Penelope texted.

"Okay if you want you can come to my room, I assume you know the way."

"On my way ;)" Penelope replied. 

 Two hours earlier  

"Bye Lizzie have fun on your date." Josie said but Lizzie was already out the door. Josie said down on the bed. She looked around the room. Not really sure how to spend her evening. She picked up the Notebook Penelope had looked at earlier that day. She then opened a new page and started to doodle at first she was just randomly drawing but the she started to sketching Penelope. 

"Hey Jo" 

Josie turned around closing her Notebook really quick. Mg was standing at the door.

"How are you on this fine evening" Mg asked.

"I'm good Mg, thanks for asking" Josie smiled.

"Well that's good," Mg sat down on the foot of the bed. "I brought snacks." Mg held up the Chips. Josie laughed. "Because God knows you can't survive a day without junk food."

"Hey Potato Chips are not junk food, they have potatoes, those are like healthy right?" Mg said, jokingly trying to defend himself. "So what your drawing there Jo?" Mg asked. "Nothing." Josie said while pushing the book under her pillow. "Oh now I need to know." Mg said. He jumped up and with his Vampier Superspeed quickly grabbed  the Notebook. "No Mg give it back." Josie said trying to get the Notebook back from Mg. It was quite the funny site. Mg running around the room with his Superspeed and Josie trying took keep up with him. She was so focused on catching Mg that she completely forgot about Magic. She could have just siphoned the wall and stoped Mg but she didn't think of that at all.  

It was too late anyways. Mg had found the drawing of Penelope. "Jo, is this what you were trying to hide from me?" Josie didn't answer. "You have a crush on Penelope Park." Mg said.

"No I don't!" Josie said frustrated.

"Yes you do Jo, I mean you sketched her."

"I don't." Josie repeated.

"I mean don't blame you, she's very pretty but I didn't think she was your type, I mean she so different from you but I guess opposites attract. When did you two start talking?"

Josie who noticed there was no use pretending because Mg would not drop this, so she gave in. "We haven't started talking, we just talked like once this morning." 

"Uh-hu... just once? Yeah I'm not convinced Jo."  Mg said.

"Okay. We also talked after practice." Josie said looking at the picture she drew.

"She came to your practice, damm I need to get on that team, I'm missing all the tea." Mg said to himself. 

"I think she kinda asked me to hang out with her." Josie said down on her bed.

"What?" Mg said excited.

"I think I'm probably misreading things." Josie said.

"What did you say?" Mg asked.

"Well nothing Lizzie kinda told her that I was busy." Josie sighed. 

"Your not busy right now, text her." Mg blurted out.

"No I can't, I don't even have her number.

"I do, Peez and I hang out sometimes" Mg said

"Peez?" Josie thought to herself

"You guys are friends?" Josie asked.

"Yeah kinda, she knows how to Party. You know?" Mg said.

Mg pulled out his phone and opened his contacts. 

"Here, I sent you her number." 

He scotched over to Josie. Who was still very unsure as she looked at the Number.

"No I can't do this." Josie said as she put down her Phone.

"Fine." Mg said disappointed. They sat there for a couple of seconds but then Mg asked Josie about a Comic book she had borrowed from him some time ago. 

"Yeah, hold on I'll get it."

As Josie left to get the book Mg took Josie's Phone

"2 4 8 6" 

"This is way to easy." Mg thought to himself.

"I got it." Josie yelled as she came back into the room. 

"Thanks I have to go now." Mg said as he quickly put Josie's phone back on the Bed

"Really already?"    

"Yeah.. oh and by the way I texted Penelope, from your Phone, she typing."

"No! Mg you didn't."

Yeah I did. You can thank me later." Mg took a bow and then Supersped out of the room.

Josie picked up her Phone. She was incredibly nervous not knowing what Mg had written. She opened her Phone.  

"Like now?" Penelope texted.

"If you don't want to that's totally fine. You don't have to. Don't feel pressured." Josie replied.

Josie didn't want her to not want to hang out. But she also didn't  wanna tell her that Mg had set this up. But luckily Penelope agreed.

Present time

"Hey guys I'm sorry I have to go." Penelope said to her friends as she got up and walked away. 

She made her way back into the main building where the bedrooms where. She walked up the stairs towards Josie's Room. She knocked on the door. "Come in, its open." she heard Josie say from the inside.
