"Penelope Park," Josie thought to herself in her head. "What an interesting character." Josie then walked to her bed and put Lizzie's books back into her desk drawer.

Lunchtime came around and Lizzie was telling Josie all about this new crush of her's. "You know you have a new crush every week Lizzie. I think you have a boy problem." Josie said mocking Lizzie. "Well you don't ever have anything to say, tell me what did you do today, except go to class and study." Lizzie said annoyed. "I talked to Penelope Park today," Josie said, she sounded very proud, like it was an achievement to speak to Penelope Park.

"Penelope Park? Like that Penelope?" she pointed over to the table Penelope was sitting at with her friends. "Yeah that one or do you know another one." Lizzie shock her head. "But why?" Lizzie asked. "I kinda bumped into her on the way back to our room and she helped me carry YOUR books." Josie replied. "She was in our room?" Lizzie asked. "Yeah and she didn't love your posters by the way!" Josie said playfully nagging Lizzie. "Well I think my Poster are awesome, don't you Josie?"

"Yeah I think there awesome."

Lizzie looked at her phone. "Oh shit, look at the time. We have to go we have PE now, with Dad, we can't be late."

After changing into their Football uniform the girls made there way onto the pitch. It was a normal practice. The Vampires mostly practised their speed on the field, the witches their flying spells and the Werewolf's their strength. In the end they played a friendly Game of Wickery. Josie shot the winning goal, then the lesson was over. "Good game everyone, class dismissed" Alaric shouted. "Hold on a sec Josie, I wanna talk to Dad." Lizzie said as she walked away from Josie.

As soon as Lizzie had left, Josie heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Nicely done Saltzman" She turned around just to see Penelope sitting on the bench legs crossed and her head in her hands. "No seriously that was impressive." Penelope said. Josie started blushing. "Well I'm flattered," she stated," but i bet you could have done the same. "Au contraire Mademoiselle, I might look very fit but Wickery," she paused slightly, "or any sports for that matter are no really my forte" she said. "But I do play a mean game of Tennis on the Wii," she joked. Josie cracked up. "You look good when you smile, you should do that more often!"

After that comment Josie went from slightly red to completely red. "I smile a reasonable amount!" Josie said trying to hide her face. Shen new she had gone completely red but she didn't want to stop the conversation. "I'm sure you do but I meant you should smile more with me around." Penelope stud up. Now they were looking at each other face to face. "Then maybe you need to be around more!" Josie said, she almost shouted it. She couldn't control herself around this girl. Everything felt funny but so right. She hadn't even realised what she had said until she had said it.

"Uh," Penelope said genuinely surprised by Josie's answer. "Well then what are you doing later?" Penelope asked while slowly moving closer towards Josie. Right in that moment Lizzie came back. "She's helping me pick out a dress for my date," she said grabbing Josie by the shoulders as if she was trying to say: This one is mine, back off!

"What about tomorrow?" Penelope asked.

"Not a good time either, she's helping me with a Chemistry of Magic project."

"How about on Wednesday?" Penelope asked. She was starting to sound kinda annoyed.

"Nope we're reprogramming my phone." Lizzie said.

"You know I'm sensing a pattern here." Penelope said glaring at Lizzie.

"What?" Lizzie asked.

"Nothing, well let me now when you have time..."

"We will!" Lizzie said interrupting Penelope mid sentence.

"Let me now when you have time JOSIE !" Penelope said, this time straight to Lizzie's face.

She then turned around and walked away. "What's her deal?" Lizzie asked but she didn't wait for Josie's reply. "Let's go, we have some dress picking to do!"

Later that same day.

Penelope was sitting at a bonfire with some of her friends, when her Phone lit up with a text notification. The text read:

"Hey is this Penelope?"

"Yeah who's this?" Penelope replied

"This is Josie, wanna hang out?"
