Second Look

This world is becoming a graveyard, the living walk the streets

Yet the dead roams near by.

We try to live our life to the fullest,

We put on a smile, we laugh out loud, we fall in and out of love.

Our hearts break but then, we repair them and live on.

We roam this earth without taking a second look at the crying kid, the homeless man, the stranger sitting next to you.

And these people walk beside us, but we don't take that second look, so we don't realize if they are truely alive.

The living world and the dead world are slowly intervening

Soon the line that separates these two worlds will be blurred.

They will be blurred completely.

Then more of the dead will be walking right beside us.

We won't take a second look so we will never know who is living and who is dead

I'm not sure if this makes sense but it kinda has to do with ppl not actually getting to know another person, that they focus more on their own life. So when they see a person they think that they have a good life and make that first judgement and not getting close to them to make a second one, and that second one is the correct judgement to make.
