A New Tactic

Natalie's POV

"Natalie, this isn't working."

"What isn't?"

"The akumas are getting stronger but Chat Noir still has his miraculous and now he has ladybug again."

I looked at Gabriel. I wished dearly that he'd just give up on getting the miraculous. Then maybe he'd see how great I am. We could all be happy together.

"Why don't you take a break and let your mind rest?" I hoped he'd forget her.

"No. I need.. I need a new tactic."

"Let's assess. What do you have?"

"I have the hawkmoth miraculous."

"What does Ladybug have?"

"Her miraculous."

"And how does she stop you and your victims from winning?"

"Her damn yo-yo."

I smirked and looked at him. I had a plan, I just wasn't sure if he got it.

"What about the yo-yo?" He looked confused.

I explained, "Ladybug and Chat Noir can only stop an akuma from getting their miraculous because Ladybug has a special power and because the akuma holder has an akuma. So, what if we sent out someone to cause trouble that didn't have an akuma controlling them? Then Ladybug won't be able to stop them."

"Natalie, that's a great idea. I have the money. I just need to find someone to hire."

Time skip to the next day.

Hawkmoth's POV

"Alright Hawkmoth, so you want me to try and take the earrings off of Ladybug and the ring off of Chat Noir.. and make it look like I'm actually an akumatized person?"

"Yes. In 30 minutes."

"I get the money first though, $500. Pay up."

I handed her the money. 

"Don't disappoint me."

I said very clearly as I watched her count and play with the money in her filthy hands.

"I won't." She laughed as she walked out of the alleyway.
