WARNING! ...feels.

Ladybug's POV

The rest of the fight flew by quickly. I'm not exactly sure what happened. I remember feeling weak, but powerful. In pain, but hopeful. My detransformation ended up remaining a secret kept by the people in that train car, and the lady blog didn't have the slightest clue or hint of anything happening. Tikki's lucky charm worked, and the lady was sent to jail. With the sound of the sirens echoing in my head, and with the sharp pain in my stomach and legs, I was looking forward to getting home. I was no doctor, but I knew how to sew. I could sew my bigger wounds back together until I could think of a real excuse. The night air was crisp, and the stars shone brightly. I had begun my long journey home until things got blurry.

Chat Noir's POV

I had just finished a fight with my dad. A terrible, loud, long fight. I was sick and tired of being in prison, kept behind the bars that my father himself had installed, hiding me away from life. I wanted to be free, but it seemed that no matter how hard I tried, he wouldn't give into my tactics. I decided to confront him, but that just made things worse. The sound of my own heartbeat surrounded me and I could feel my throat burning from our yelling. Exhausted, we gave up and left our separate ways. I built up the effort to drag myself to my room, or more so my prison cell, where I know spent all of my time except for when I was at school. My karate, fencing, and piano lessons we're in private, in my room. Plagg didn't say anything. He just sat down on my shoulder and slept in sorrow. While trying to distract myself, I looked at my computer. Maybe there was news on how Ladybug had saved the day. I could see her smile, warm and compassionate.

"Breaking News! Ladybug stopped out of control train and un akumatized villain!"

What?

I searched it up.

Articles upon articles and videos and news channels and vlogs filled the screen. I read them. Ladybug stopped an out of control train, battled with a villain who wasn't even akumatized who was... trying to kill her? And I wasn't even there! Was she hurt?

I needed to hurry. This was all my fault. I should have been there for her when she needed me. She's suffering so much more than I am, and here I am feeling all sorry for myself.

"Plagg claws out!" I whispered, hoping my dad wouldn't hear.

I rushed over to about where the train wreckage was in sight. I looked around, and I saw her. Beautiful as always, her red suit glistening. It looked a little too red. Blood?! I zipped toward her, and I could see her body looking limp, weak.

Thump

She landed in my arms, asleep. I kept a tight grasp on her and softly moved her hair out of her face, stroking her head. That's when I felt it. A small shard of glass in her hair. I looked down to her body. Beaten up, scarred, bleeding, broken. Then and there is when I realized how fragile she was... I needed to protect her with my life, body, and soul. I could feel the tears emerging from my eyes. The sight of her in so much pain because of my selfishness was incredibly excruciating. Too hard to handle. I held her up higher and gently placed my forehead on hers.

FLASHBACK'S POV

Chat Noir and Ladybug had been talking about their favorite Disney princesses.

"Chat, I think you look like Rapunzel! You both have green eyes and blonde hair!"

"M'lady, you must know it's also because I'm as beautiful as a purr-incess!"

"Too bad you can't sing like one."

"Yes I can! Flower gleam and glow..let your power shine..."

Chat Noir and Ladybug burst out laughing.

"I can feel the song healing me!"

"See purr-incess? I really am magical! You should believe in me meow often!"

"I'll always count on you as long as you have your princess powers! *giggle* Bug out!"

Chat Noir's POV

I could feel my hands trembling. Tears started falling, many, many tears. I tried not to get them on her soft skin.

I put her hand on my head.

"F-flower gleam and glow. Let y-your power shine.." I paused to swallow a lump in my throat as I winced at the guilt I felt, "Make the clock reverse... bring back what once was mine.." I sobbed but continued to sing, and pressed her hand against my hair. It had to work! Please! "Heal what has been hurt. Change the fates design..."My voice. Gone. The guilt that pulled at my heart, weighing me down had gained more and more strength and I couldn't bear it anymore. Tears continued to fall as I closed my eyes. My chest hurt so bad, there were no words to describe the pain I felt. Anxieties began to take over and I could feel my legs burning, my stomach catching butterflies, my chest weighing more and more, and my hands becoming numb. No.., not her. The tears were non stop.

"...Save what ...has been lost" I felt her hand move underneath the warmth of mine. Tears in her eyes, and a warm smile on her face. Her beautiful voice echoed in my soul. "Bring back what once was mine."

I whispered, "What once was mine.." I smiled while I cried. She winced in pain.

"Home?"

She nodded.

Luckily, I had known how to fix some of her injuries.
