Chapter 7

Emma's p.o.v: I was hoping when my dad came back from work he would kick the creepy lady out. That way I wouldn't be responsible for her being on the streets so no reason to feel guilty. But his reaction was not what I was hoping for. When I heard him come in I wiped my eyes and went downstairs with Amber . "Oh Amber is here what a pleasant surprise" my dad said as he walked in then he stopped and asked "Who else is here?". He must had heard the shower which meant I had to tell him right at that moment. "Ok so don't be mad but we let a homeless woman come in". My dad rubbed his temples to this.
"We were gonna give her a place to stay because we couldn't just leave her out there, especially your daughter sir she's  such nice person." Amber blurted out but dad just stood there unamused. "Why can't she stay with you Amber?" This made Amber quiet like she just wanted to say that she didn't want this lady in her house but didn't want to actually say it.
So she didn't answer. I was glad though because this meant he was gonna kick the lady out at least that's what I thought. He told how nice it was that I tried to help a homeless lady but that it was irresponsible or whatever. I wasn't really listening I was just waiting for her to leave.........and that's when she came downstairs.
My dad looked at the stairs waiting for her to come down so he could tell her to leave but when he actually saw her he froze. She was wearing my moms black yoga pants and black playboy bunny T-shirt. At first I thought he was mad I let her wear moms clothes which is why he froze but then this happened "You must be this nice girls father I'm kinda lost and need a place to stay you don't mind if I stay do you?" The woman said this while batting her eyelashes.
Then dad turned to me and said " look she can stay for tonight then I can drive her to wherever she needs to go.""Yayy!!!" The lady screamed as she tackle hugged my dad. I could tell my dad was thinking with the head that wasn't on his shoulders and this was confirmed when he offered her to sleep in his room with him." Oh I can sleep on the couch I don't want to be a burden" but my dad insisted they share a room. I just hope they didn't make too much noise. So when it got late and Amber left I put my headphones in and laid on my bed so I wouldn't hear anything.

Will's P.o.v: That night I was thinking about our outing in the woods. Not only did we figure nothing out about that weird creature but also we have more questions.
Whose that pink haired lady and where'd she come from? That's when I saw a shadow creep across the window. "What was that?" I thought out loud as I walked over to the window ,then I slowly peered open the window......I quickly jumped back when I saw a black scorpian with red claws the size of a small dog on the side of the house. I closed the window then thought out loud "Maybe it didn't see me" This was proven untrue however when the creature attacked the window with it's tails cracking the fuck outta it.
"Oh shit " I screamed as I fell backing surprised then it hit the glass a second time shattering it. Rose my foster mom yelled from downstairs for making noise and breaking something while she was trying to watch her show. I could have been hurt or something but whatever.
Speaking of which the scorpion rushed at me when breaking in causing me to jump onto the bed to avoid it . The arachnid crawled under the bed then started jabbing through the mattress to stab me with its pincers and tail.
I had to jump around on the bed to avoid getting harmed as the tip of the creature's tail stabbed from down under. At this time John walked in to see what the noise was and if I was ok while I was jumping around my bed to dodge the scorpion,"Uh why are you jumping on the the bed and what happened to your window? You know Rose is going to be pissed."
"Under the bed !" I screamed so John peered under to see what I was talking about and the bug snipped at him, luckily he jumped back in time.
"The fuck? " He screamed
"yeah I don't ether but can you help me kill it?"
John stood there thinking for a moment then ran out of the room. "Hey don't just leave me with it!"I screamed as the creature attacked me from under the bed again. I jumped around as the creature filled my bed with holes totally ruining it. Trying to sleep is going to be awesome.
I soon realised I would end up falling through one of the holes so I jumped off of the bed . The creature crawled under the bed then John ran in with bug spray and a lighter. John started spraying the creature making it recoil then lit the lighter burning it. The monster made a grotesque noise as it was engulfed in flames.....it sounded almost like it was screaming which sent chills down my spine. John then pulled a metal baseball bat he stuck in the back of his pants and smashed it snuffing out the flame as well as the creature's life.

Ashe's P.o.v : "So how was school today?" My mom asked me well one of my mom's I never had a father figure because I was raised by two women. One of my moms the one who asked me about school was my mom Aerial who is a pale small lady with short shoulder length bright red hair and was wearing a white dress. My other mom was June who is a kinda muscular tan lady with long black hair that was in a bun at the moment. She's a cop so she was still wearing her uniform at the dinner table.
"It was boring like every other day." I said which made my mom June sigh " Well aren't you going to ask me how my day was?"
"Can I be accused? " I asked annoyed. I hated when my parents try to make small talk I never really had that much of a connection to them. I was more connected to Willy's parents before the accident. When we were younger I would go over his house every day,but now I don't really like going over there. I enjoy Willy's company but I can't stand his rude foster mom and his foster brother John is unbelievably annoying,thinking he's smarter than everyone. My mom's allowed me to head up to my room where I layed on my bed watching this series I just got into on my phone when I saw something in the corner of my eyes. It looked like something flew by my window so I went to check it out but when I stuck my head out something flew by and tried to grab at me but I stuck my head back in time. "The hell was that ?" I thought out loud since the creature looked like some pterosaur with a hornets head and four wings two on each side. I stuck my torso out since I figured if this was a monster like the bear thing I had to kill it but as I did this the creature flew back around and pulled me out my window.
