chapter 3

Emma's P.o.v: "we've been walking forever " My bestie Amber complained. Amber was a girl about the same age as me who I met during middle school after dropping my old group of toxic friends, she is a very slim girl with moca tan skin and long sliky black hair. It wasn't my fault she didn't dress for the weather. It was 60 degrees outside and she made the choice to wear a pair of leggings under some booty shorts not only that but the only thing keeping her warm was her thin violet cat hoodie. It's not my fault she was stupid enough to wear a thin ass sweater thinking it would warm here up in any way.
"Shut the hell up, if we find whatever made that noise we'll be rich" I figured whatever the noise was might have been an asteroid crashing or a bomb explosion ,whatever the case we'd be able to report our findings to the local authorities and earn something for it.
I know I'm a genius no need to give me praise. The only problem would be if someone else found it before we did which I wasn't scared of in till I heard talking from the woods we were walking in . "Did you hear that" Amber asked but I motioned for her to keep quiet. I tiptoed slowly motioning her to follow me and as I pushed past the tree's I saw that I should have been scared .
There was a huge crater as I expected but what I wasn't expecting was that there were these 3 people hovering over it . "Oh hell no!" Then 3 people turned around to face us the boy on the left was muscular but didn't look very smart and had long dreads going to his back, He was wearing a red and black jacket over a black muscle shirt. His sweater was unzipped though,wasn't he cold ? The dumb looking one had kahkis and red Timbs . The one in the middle had azure blue hair that was short yet shaggy wearing a navy blue hoodie, black jeans and black and blue sneakers. Then there was the girl with armpit length light green hair that that brought out her Emerald green eyes which were kinda unnerving actually they seemed as if they stared right into my soul.
It gave me the creeps,but I liked her outfit though even if it wasn't weather appropriate which begs the question if any body but me gets cold.
The outfit was a white shirt with a black serpent on it ,she was wearing a white crop sweater,white jeans , finally she had white and black knee high boots the design was like a checker board . "This is my discovery so back off" I told them letting them make sure this was my finding and there was no way they were getting credit for it .The girl spoke having a deeper voice then I expected. "What the hell are you talking about we've been here for a whole five minutes ". I wasn't going to lose that easily though my plans to get rich and leave this town are so close.
"Um I don't know who you think you are green bean but the prize money is mine"
The girl in white responded with "who do you think you are you stupid blonde bimbo ".
I wasn't expecting that response which pissed me off because I'm obviously a genius so I pushed Green bean into the crater.

Ashes p.o.v:"Ashe!" I heard Willy scream as the stupid blonde bitch pushed me in the crater.
"Emma! Why'd you do that?" The stupid bitch's mocha colored friend asked her as I was tumbling down the hole untill something hit my back .
"Gah what the hell?! " I screamed as I smashed into whatever I smashed into .
"What is it?" Willy asked , I turned around to see a sliver sphere with strange green markings on it . "I don't know it looks like an orb with the Roman alphabet all over it" I yelled up to the others ."whatever it is it's mine " The annoying girl yelled from above the crater.
"Can I be yours?" I  heard Drake flirting with the bitch who just pushed me,of course that's his priority and not getting me out of this hole .
I stopped listening to what they were talking about because I knew it would annoy me and I started to direct my attention to the sphere. I put my hands on it and inspected the sphere but the symbols on it started to glow which wouldn't be that  concerning if it wasn't also emmiting this humming sound . "Uh oh " that was the last thing I was able to utter before the sphere let out a blast of green light engulfing my vision.
Then I opened my eyes and I was in a place I didn't recognise it was almost completely dark except small green orbs floating around and I could hear whispering but I couldn't decipher what they were saying.
That's when I saw a child sized creature. whatever it was they were made of pitch black fire and had green eyes oddly similar to mine.
Then it to let out a deafening scream which................sent me back?
I was back in the crater but the sliver thing was gone, I struggled to climb back up and as I got to  the top I was so close to grabbing the edge of the Crater to get out when my limbs gave up on me.  Before I could fall back down the hole Willy grabbed my hand and pulled me up .
"What did you do ?!" The annoying girl yelled at me. But I couldn't concentrate on her because I was dizzy for some reason,the annoying girl looked in the crater seeing that the orb was gone and started to yell at me again.
At this point I couldn't pay attention to her even if I wanted to, my head was spinning like a twister so I  stopped fighting to stand and as I fell down  my world went dark.
