The next morning after Harry was back home and he and Zayn had said their goodbyes, he kept himself entertained until Niall got out of bed.
Harry was in his bedroom, listening as Niall shuffled to the bathroom, then the kitchen not much later.
Harry waited a bit before he got up and followed, finding Niall sitting down to a big bowl of cereal.
Niall paused from stirring, looking up at him. "Good morning." He said, wondering why Harry was just standing there.
"Hi. Have any plans today?" He asked, smiling as he sat across from him.
Niall glanced off behind him for Zayn, frowning some. "No. Why?"
"Well I was thinking maybe I could invite Nicole over today. So you two could meet." Harry said.
"Last time we talked about her you said you'd mention me to her." Niall continued to frown.
"I did, she wants to meet you." Harry told him.
"Really? What'd you tell her?" Niall asked.
"Just what you looked like. I didn't get much more than that out before she decided she wanted to meet you." Harry said.
Niall put his spoon down, thinking.
"Are you up for it?" Harry asked. "She has work today but not for a while. I figured she could visit for a little bit."
"Are we just going to talk when she comes over? I mean what are we going to do?" He asked.
Harry shrugged. "You'll have to find something. I can help make conversation though."
Now he looked worried.
"It'll be fine, okay? Let's just try it out. I have a feeling it'll go better than you're thinking it will."
Niall shrugged now, acting casual. "Yeah, whatever you wanna do."
"This isn't about me." Harry reminded him.
Niall avoided eye contact, clearing his throat as he started stirring again. "I...want to meet her. I'm okay with her coming over."
Harry smiled, lifting his phone that was ready in his hand.
He chose to text her instead of calling, smiling again at how quickly she responded.
"She'll be over in about an hour." Harry figured, based off of how lengthy her text was about getting ready.
"What?" Niall asked, dropping his spoon again.
"That's all? I have to shower and shave and-"
"Shave what?" Harry chuckled.
"My face. People do that when they actually grow facial hair." Niall smirked.
"Jokes on you I don't even want it." Harry sassed back without thinking.
Niall didn't dwell, luckily.
"You have plenty of time. Just relax." Harry added.
Niall sighed, appearing to be in thought again.
"Is there anything I should know before I meet her?" He thought to ask just as Harry stood to leave the kitchen.
Harry paused, thinking for a moment.
"She can get loud but she means well." Harry said, not really sure how to word what he meant to say.
"Sounds promising." Niall commented, smiling some.
