—See! -Luke said excited- I told you it was worth a try

—Yeah. But that Joseph guy...

—Don't be so negative, mate -Ashton says and Michael interrupts him-

—Right, she even said "I love you" and you guys broke up how long ago?

—Two years -I answer-

—That. If you love someone and you haven't spoken to them in a long time, would you tell them you love 'em? -Ashton asks-

—If I love that person, I would -I reply not too sure-

—Then why you didn't tell her you love her first? -Michael asks, proving his point-

—I don't know, mate -I shrug-

Madeleine's p.o.v

—Your brother? -Joseph asks-

—No, more like my ex boyfriend -I joke and Joseph's face shows surprise-

—And you tell him you love him? So sudden?

—Yeah. I mean, what's wrong with that? I still love him -I confess while looking down at my hands-

—There's nothing wrong -Joseph answered awkwardly-

—Let's continue with the essay -I say to erase the tension-

—Actually, we run out of time -he says while looking down at his watch-

—Why? We don't have more classes -I ask confused-

—You don't but I do

—Oh -it's all I answer-

—See you around -he answers kind of... Mad?-

—Call me when you finish your classes so we can meet to finish the essay -I give him a genuine smile but his lips are sealed-

—No, I have plans later

—May I know what's more important than finishing our essay? -I raise an eyebrow jokingly-

—I have a date -his face was expressionless and mine showed surprise-

—Wow, a date? With who? -I curiously ask-

—Why you want to know? Are you jealous, Mad? -he raised an eyebrow-

And now, what's started as a joke ended up feeling more like a fight

I stand up and go away from him, not letting him answer. I really don't know what's wrong with that mate, he's being kind of a jerk. I went to my dorm since I had nothing else to do, when I arrived my roomie wasn't there. She's an angelical girl, typical campus whore but I really, really liked her. I messaged my dad a couple of times after turning on my laptop, Calum was still online and I remembered that I didn't sent him my phone number, I wasn't really into the mood of Skyping so I just sent my number through the messages and we kept messaging each other until it got late, we said goodbye and I turned off my laptop to take a quick shower, I dressed proper to London's weather and wandered around the campus looking for something to buy, I was starving
