I finally went to a sushi, found Joseph there but he didn't even glanced at me, it's not that I was expecting him to do it but anyways I tapped his shoulder to remind him about our essay, he didn't answered, he only nodded. I grabbed the sushi and went to sit alone in a table, when I finished my meal I checked my phone, I was bored and wanted someone to talk to, didn't wanted to go back to my door. I looked through my contacts and found Calum's name in it, I sent him an iMessage only saying "Hi, it's Madeleine" but he wasn't answering anyways so I left the establishment, while I was walking to my door I ran into Daisy, a friend I made here, we chatted for a bit until I heard my phone rang, we said goodbye, as I was walking back to my room I took my phone out to check Calum's answer. It was "Hey beautiful" that made me smile when I read it

—Maddy, opens the door -I knocked on our room door knowing my roomie was there-

—I'm coming -she screams and seconds later, the door swung open- Hi again, Mad -she smiled at me-

—Hi again, Maddy -I giggle- what have you done today?

—Uhm, class, boring stuff... What about you?

—I kind of got into a fight with Joseph -I put a weird expression-

—Why would you? Joseph's lovely!

—Well... -I tell her the whole story-

—I think Joseph's kind of into you, Mad -her phone rings interrupting our conversation, she grabs it and I remember I haven't answered Calum yet-

I take my phone out and start typing

"How are you? What are you doing? I'm dying of boredom haha"

As I was waiting Calum's response, Maddy had already finished her phone conversation

—If you knew! -Maddy exclaims excites-

—What? -I smirk-

—I fucked the captain of the football team, he's super hot and he just called me asking us to meet each other tonight

—Oh Maddy, please stop being a bitch -I laugh-

—Madeleine, these chances aren't too often, I mean, he's the captain -she giggles- wouldn't you fuck him? Honestly -she raises her eyebrow-

"Good, we're rehearsing, that's why I'm replying slowly, sorry about it... Love ya xx"

I smile looking at my phone and Maddy realizes that

—Who's making you smile? Someone special at campus? -a smirk showed on Maddy's face-

—No Maddy, you know I'm not ready to date another boy

—I know, I know... Because of Calum -her face shows annoyance-

—Yup, and he was the one who texted me -I smile again-

—How couldn't I imagine? -I laugh at her response-

"I'd like to see you guys play live. Love you more x"

—Look, look, he's smiling -Ashton teases- bet Madeleine answered you again, right?

—Right -I smile-

—What did she say? -Luke asks-

I read the text out loud
