this chapter is not really relevant🤷🏼♀️ skip if you want..When you sit and think about everything in your past. It's not all rainbows. well... not mine at least. There's everything from physical to mental. You imagine it. The harshest cruellest things can sometimes not phase a person. They sweep it under the rug. It's not healthy. If you always push it under the rug. You'll never experience and build yourself as a strong human being. you will develop the habit. A negative habit. Imagine someone lost a family member. They feel the heartake. The tears that burn like hot lava. Some get mad at themselves for crying. They get mad but they're so hurt that you cry more. For those who sweep it under the rug. You think "its fine" "no big deal its life" you wanna cry. It's your bodies instinct is to cry. If you teach yourself to hold it in. at one point crying is necessary. you won't be able to. Your gonna feel trapped. Its gonna be more painful than just letting it out. If you lived a bad past chances are you once told yourself not to cry. It made you feel strong not showing your emotions. Letting it beat you. Don't sweep it under the rug. It's not good to do. There are better and more beneficial things to do then "sweeping it under the rug".
This chapter is kinda short and irrelevant but whatever🤷🏼♀️ just saying whatever came to mind
