16. Pool Date

Momoko POV

"What are they arguing about this time?" Mokai asked

"Absolutely nothing," I replied. Kaoru was holding Kaohi by his shirt collar both were glaring at each other and flames in their eyes.

"What's with them?" Minokai asked

"I just got here," he replied

"Morning," I smiled at Miyako. This was her first day outside.

"Morning," she smiled

Minokai POV

I haven't seen her in forever, it really worried me a lot.

Somebody ran into her. "Oh I'm so sorry- Miyako?"

"Taka?" she looked at him. "Taka!" she hugged him. "I missed you so much! I didn't know you were back."

"Is that Takaaki Ayagai?" Kaoru laughed

"In the flesh Matsubara," he replied

"We thought you were still at the hospital?" Momoko said

"I was till this weekend," He smiled

"Nice to have you back with the living," Kaoru smiled.

"A-hem!" Butch fake coughed.

"Oh this is Minokai," Miyako grabbed my hand pulling me to him. I blushed slightly.

"This is Mokai," Momoko said snatching his hat off. "I've always like this hat." She looked like Blossom did after that clothes prank they pulled.

"And I'm Kaohi," he glared at Kaoru

"Takaaki Ayagai," the boy smiled. "I wanting the city's most beautiful girls to a party."

"No," Kaoru said "Not after that Whorebucks Party."

"Not even a pool party?" he asked

"Flirty guys and chicks in bikinis," she said "I already deal with this one everyday."

"Will you stop pulling on my hair!" Butch yelled

"Cut the damn ponytail and I won't have anything to pull," she replied

"I doubt that," he grumbled

Momoko and Miyako looked at her with big pleading eyes.

"Fine! Just stop, it looks weird," she growled

"You three can come," Takaaki said

"Thanks," we said.

Natsuki POV

Walking down the hall I saw Momoko wearing that dumb hat of that bastard. I wanted to run up and yell at them but, I still haven't texted her. It been days, she must think it's over now.

Even if I did, what could I say...

Why didn't I say something. I had to stay quiet. Why was always so hard for me to say the right thing to her? Treat her like the princess she is.

I watched as he laughed at her antics and she smiled, that beautiful smile. All it once it hit me.

It's really over...

Saturday

Momoko POV

We waited at Kaoru's house. Her mom had already greeted and invited us in.

"You girls grown so much" she smiled "Did you know Kaoru refused to wear a bra and insisted on wearing training bras everyday."

I took all my willpower not to laugh, but the snort I let out was so loud. Me and Miyako tried to stop.
