Chapter 10: Birds of Prey

Tonight was date night like any other Wensday evening but tonight was special.

Tonight Bruce had planned on taking Percy out on a special anniversary dinner at a fancy restaurant where they played live entertainment.

"Are you ready love?" Bruce ask starting the car.

"Yeah lets go."

When they got there they were straight to the table being Bruce Wayne had its benefits so they never had to wait in line.

At Percy's request her and Bruce sat at a booth near a window overlooking a lake and a starry night sky.

"Do you know what you want?" Bruce ask putting down the menu.

"Yeah. I think so."

A few minutes later a a waiter came over eyeing Bruce completely ignoring his pregnant fiance.

"What can I get for you?" She asked batting her eye lashes making Percy roll her eyes.

"Yes can I get the T-bone steak with a house salad and a Pepsi."

"And for you?" She asked slightly glaring at Percy.

"I'd like search chicken alfredo with garlic bread and I'd also like a caesar salad and a pink lemonade."

"Your orders will be here soon." She says walking away with an attitude.

"Ladies and gentleman I'd like you to give a round of applause to birds of Prey." The announcer announced on the stage in the middle of the resturant.

Percy knew that name it sounded really familiar so before they could start singing she took out her phone and recorded it so no could see her.

"You've got to be kidding me." Percy says putting her phone down and standing up when they where done preforming. "I'm going to go shove my shoe so far up their as-"

"Percy you can't fight your eight months pregnant."

"Okay and your super buff but I don't say nothing when you work out." Percy says crossing her arms as she sits back down.

"........What?.........."

"I mind my business something you should try." Percy says before stuffing a piece of lettuce in her mouth.

"What kind of fiancé would I be if I let you go fight three women eight months pregnant?" 

"A really nice, loving and supportive one?" She ask shrugging her shoulders.

"Nice try."

"What ever." Percy says pulling back out her phone.

Even though Percy isn't apart of the Justice league she was the fiancé of batman and had built relationship with all the members if she didn't have one already like with her cousin Diana.

She had created a group chat with all the members including Bruce sent the video for them all to see.

When Bruce's phone dinged from the notification and saw the video that Percy had sent to his teammates.

"Really?" He says raising an eyebrow at his giggling fiancé.

"I mean they have a right to know right?"

The responses where almost immediate.

Flash: I- I can get a date and I'm not to fast! 

Diana: Says the speedster.

Oliver Queen: I don't know about you guy's information but I'm straight.

Blue Beetle: And I'm not a virgin! 

Where just some of the responses Percy got from her video.

"Are you happy?" Bruce says also reading the messages. "Because now I'm going to have to hear them complain about the video when we all meet up again."

"I'll be happy once you let me fight I mean come on your batarang..... they want to visit your secret cave. I will beat Cat Women, Huntress and there extra to the ground pregnant or not." Percy says jealousy flashing in her sea green eyes.

"Baby listen to me." Bruce says taking her hand in his. "I have eyes for you and only you and I mean you can always visit my secret cave."

"Bruce!" Percy says slapping his arm and blushing a deep scarlet color. "We discuss that after Terry but not now."
