~time skip~
It's about 4 pm. Time to go to my party. I decide to tell everyone there about my decision to go on my journey. It would be easier that way. I walk over to Finn. I still can't believe he evolved.
"Hey buddy. It's time for me to go." His ears flop down like a dog. "Hey don't worry! You can go with me!" He looks up, perky and eager. "But, you know the drill." I hold out my pokeball. Expecting him to reject getting in, he just snorts and I retrieve him. Well that was easy.
"Come on Val we don't want to be late!"
"Coming mom." I make me way to the silver car. I'm driving this time. I recently got my license, even though I won't be needing that soon enough. The drive is long and painful. We arrive at my aunt Chrissy's house. I greet everyone and go and sit with my cousins Jack and Diana. We talk and I have dinner. After that I decide it was time. I tell my mom to gather everyone up. After about 10 minutes my family is all gathered around a campfire and I'm standing in the middle. Well, here we go.
"Thank you everyone for this amazing party. I can't believe that I'm 17 already. Life is going by so fast, and I have to many new adventures to experience. Which brings me to why I've brought you here. I'd like you all to meet my pokemon Finn." I grab my pokeball and send him out. Everyone gasps and then cheers. Causing Finn to howl. I call him over and he sits next to me. "Because of him I now feel ready to start my own pokemon journey, and I hope you all are ok with this. My mom is speechless, and my dad is just smiling. "Oh of course well all are ok with this. Right everyone?" My aunt Chrissy says. Everyone nods and I start crying and mouthing the words thank you. My mom and dad walk over to me and give me a hug. Finn nuzzles against me causing a jolt of electricity to run through me. There's no turning back now. My journey begins tomorrow.
AN: FILLER FILLER ALERT! I had no clue what to write until I just got this idea. So yea just deal with it :3
