The gang and I have been traveling mercilessly in order to find the S.S Anne, a boat that apparently will take us to Vermillion city, and also may have some valuable secrets about the Slyveon that we're trying to evolve.

"Oh my gosh finally!! I can't wait to get my hands on the cruise food." Brock exclains, rubbing his stomach.

We walk up to the ship and stand in line, waiting to get our tickets stamped to board. A crew member approaches us.

"Welcome to the S.S Anne! The only ship that transports to Vermillion city, and provides some good battles along the way! Ticket please?" We hold out our tickets, and one by one the man punches a hole in them. "I suggest you claim your cabins before doing anything else, spots fill up quick here!"

With that, we walk up the ramp that separates the dock from the boat, and head on into the S.S Anne. Lights and fancy decor surround our vision, almost like something out of the Titanic.

"Yep, Bill was loaded." Ash says, eyeing everything around us. "Also, we should find somewhere to sleep."

We make our way to the back of the boat where the cabins are stationed. Misty and Brock share a room as do Ash and I. We set our stuff down on our beds and take everything in.

"Well now what?" I say, looking out of the window into the sea surrounding us.

"I can think of a few things.." Ash makes his way over to me and kisses me, grabbing my waist. I kiss back, and as the kiss gets more heated I feel myself giving into him. Just when things were getting good, an announcement rings through our ears.

"Attention passengers! This is your captain speaking. Welcome aboard! Our trip to Vermillion city is about to begin. We expect to arrive tomorrow around noon. Until then, I ask that all Pokemon trainers report to the lobby! Have a safe trip everyone!"

Ash and I break apart, mad at the mood killer, but also intruiged at the message. We collect our pokeballs and make our way to the lobby where we meet Misty and Brock, who are equally as confused as we are.

Suddenly, a crew member steps up on one of the tables in the room with a megaphone.

"Good morning passengers! The S.S Anne is not a normal ship. You paid the ticket fee not only for luxury, but to train as well. The rules of this ship are simple. See a trainer that catches your eye? Challenge them! Battling is a-okay aboard this ship! But be safe! And no cheating. An on board Pokemon center is located in the right wing of the ship."

He steps down, leaving a room of more than 100 Pokemon trainers speechless and confused. Suddenly a voice breaks out. "HEY YOU, LETS BATTLE!" Suddenly it's an all out war. Battles are happening left and right, with no end in sight.

"Guys! Let's take this opportunity to try to learn about Slyveon! Everyone, split up!" Misty shouts. We all nod and walk in opposite directions. Suddenly I'm approached by a man probably in his late 40's, he has long dark hair, down to his shoulders, and whiskers that frame his face. He wears a lab coat.

"You must be Vallery, I've heard about you and your Jolteon. Care to battle?" I nod.

"Only if you have any information on a certain Pokemon, Slyveon?"

"If that's what you're looking for I'd be happy to oblige, if you win that is."

"You're on. Go Finn!"

"Go, Blastoise!" The large Pokemon comes crashing to the ground. A small crowd gathers around us.

"Make the first move dude." He nods.

"Blastoise, use water gun!" It's a direct hit on Finn, but water isn't very effective, so it doesn't phase him.

"Fin, use thunderbolt!" Fin charges up, and a beam of light hits our foe, seriously shaking up the large Pokemon.

"Alright Blastoise us hydropump!" Blastoise charges up.

"Finn, use electroball before he strikes!" Finn spits a ball of light towards the Blastoise, hitting just in time before hydro pump is ready. Blastoise faints. Falling to the ground.

Finn beats the next Pokemon, a venosaur as well. Crunch is super effective against the venosaur, a poison type.

"I have one more trick up my sleeve. Go, Charizard!" A fiery dragon, similar to Ash's, lands on the ground with a loud thump. Finn backs away in fear.

"Finn you can do this. I believe in you. Use volt tackle!" Finn runs at the speed of light towards Charizard, biting him and sending a huge current through him. Charizard is shaken but not nearly enough.

"Alright let's finish this Pokemon! Charizard, use flamethrower." Fire erupts from the Pokemon's mouth. Leaving Finn burnt to a crisp. I start to weigh in my options.

I can't use Belle, she's a grass type and will get obliterated. Lucario is fighting but is it really enough to ensure my victory... I have one more. One more Pokemon. And I need this information from this man. I swallow hard. Worried of the reaction I may get.

"Alright let's do this. Go, Mew!" Mew gracefully lands on the ground. The man gasps, and so does the crowd, before wildly cheering.

"So this is what you've been hiding. Interesting."

"Mew, use confusion!" Mew flicks a beam of light into the Charizard's face. Rendering him totally out of it. Charizard can't even see straight.

"Urg... Charizard use flamethrower again!" Charizard spits his fire straight up, leaving it no place to go but to hit himself in the face.

"Okay mew, use psychic!" Mew charges up, glows pink, cries, and let's out a sphere of psychic energy, fainting the Pokemon.

"Yes! Thank you so much Mew. I'll never forget that." New walks over to the man and bows to him, signaling that it thought it was a great battle. The man shakes my hand and hands me some cash for my win.

"Now, about that information..."
