Dani caught Alex just before he could fall off the cliff. She pulled him back on the cliff as all the friends stood on the Other Side. "What?" Alex said. The Great Forest of Suibom cut off, the only thing that lied beyond them was the ocean and a bunch of islands, getting bigger and bigger the farther they were. "What am I looking at right now?"

Nobody answered, so Dusk did. "This is the Other Side. You may not realize it now, but those islands in the distance play a very important part. Me have to get to them."

"But how? There's no boats, no bridges, and do you expect me to fly that far?" Cairry asked, setting Rose-ann down and returning to the ground. The closest island was not too far away, but it was still far. They definitely wouldn't be able to swim or fly there if that was how they were getting there.

"It's alright! We'll run." Dusk said.

"I'm sorry, did I hear that right? Run? DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG WE'VE BEEN RUNNING!?" Dani cried.

"Don't worry, I've got a plan! Izayay, Alex, Cairry, and Peter, I wanna talk to you." Dusk said, waving the four over. The five of them huddled up in a circle together. They didn't want anyone to hear them, so they whispered. Emma, Dani, George, Joey, and Rose-ann stood off to the side, looking out at the ocean.

"I really don't wanna r-run that f-far..." Joey said, messing with his sweater. He did it when he was nervous.

Emma looked out at the ocean, counting the islands. There had to be at least ten, and that was just the islands she could see. There were more in the distance that she couldn't quite make out. She was just as nervous as Joey was, maybe even more. At least he could swim.

Dusk ended the little conversation with the four of them, and they turned to meet their friends. "Alright, we don't have much time, since some of the animals chasing us have incredible smell, and will eventually find out where we are. Okay, you four know what to do, so do it!" He said.

Cairry picked up Rose-ann, Alex picked up George and Joey, Peter took Dani by the hand, Izayay took Emma's. "You ready?" Izayay whispered to Emma. She stayed silent, looking out at the sea.

"Now, on my command, we will jump!" Dusk said, standing on the edge of the cliff, the others following suit. "One..." They could hear the animals getting closer, their growls and howls growing louder. "Two..." The first animal came into view. The fox. "JUMP!" Dusk screamed, following his own instructions. The rest of the group did the same, and jumped off the cliff, into the ocean. Except, they didn't actually jump into the ocean, they landed on it.

Cairry flew in the air with Rose-ann in her arms. Alex was running on water, holding George and Joey. Peter did his best to summon seaweed to walk on, he and Dani barely got by. Izayay was standing on a small circle of ice with Emma. Dusk stood on the water, his feet glowing.

The moment she was on the water, panic began to rise, but she did her best not to show it, and the others did too. Still holding each other's hand, they began to run, the ice disappearing behind them and reappearing in front of them. Alex was fast but not as fast on water, he was running on it, but he couldn't go up to his super speed, also because he was staying with his friends. Dani and Peter were doing alright. And Cairry didn't seem to be having much trouble, along with Dusk.

One thing that was making their journey trouble right now, was the waves. They were messing them up anytime they got. Joey started crying because he got hit by a wave. The ice circle was beginning to get smaller, but Emma and Izayay could still fit. The waves started getting stronger and stronger, it was almost like the ocean didn't want them to make it.

Alex and the kids eventually made it to the island, Cairry and Rose-ann not far behind. Dani and Peter eventually made it, so did Dusk. Now, the only real problem, was Emma and Izayay. Their little circle of ice was now so small, that they were both standing on their tiptoes to stay on it. They had been hit by a few waves, and one had almost knocked them off their feet. "Almost there, Emma! Almost!" Izayay said, not paying attention to what was about to hit them.

"Izayay!" Emma cried, pointing up at the oncoming wave. He gripped her hand as the wave came crashing down, knocking both of them into the ocean.

"Oh my god!" The kids screamed from the island, especially Rose-ann.

Izayay swam around in the darkness, losing his glasses. He tried swimming up, but he didn't know which way was up or down. Luckily, he hadn't been swimming the wrong way. He pulled his head out of the water, gasping for air. He looked around, trying to find a certain someone he knew couldn't swim. "Emma!" He called. His ears went to work, searching for any sound that may belong to his friend. Also, his eyes were sort of useless.

"I'm right here!" He felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around and saw a blur of yellow, orange and white. But, he knew that blur way too well.

"Emma!" He cried.

"Yup." She said simply.

"Ya mind helping me?" He asked. She pointed over at a strip of seaweed that Peter had cast out for them. Without really knowing what he was doing, he let Emma guide him to the seaweed. It was funny, really. A person who couldn't swim, was trying to help a blind person who could.

They latched on to the seaweed, letting their friends pull them to shore. "C'mon, guys!" Alex encouraged, pulling at the seaweed with all his might. They eventually dragged Emma and Izayay onto the little beach. The two sat up, Emma looking at her surroundings, Izayay listening to them. From the looks of it, they were on a tropical island.

"Is this the Other Side?" Emma asked, not wanting to get up.

"Yup. Welcome to the Other Side, guys. And you may as well enjoy it, because we'll be here for a while."
