Sleep

When my anxiety gets bad I cannot sleep no matter how hard I try, in fact the more I try the worse it gets. My sleep pattern even now is screwed up. It varies on how I am but it's been 9am till 3pm, 11am till 9pm and everything in between. Sometimes it will be normal so 10pm till 3am (I can only sleep 4hrs for some reason) then again till 7am but that never lasts long it's like my body hates to be normal. I don't have any suggestions here I just wanted to know if I'm the only one like that but one thing I have found is that a noise machine helps it's not for everyone but it's something I can recommend that worked for me.
