How do you cope when your anxiety gets bad or you have an anxiety/panic attack? I scratch my arms and if I'm sat down sometimes my legs but I do it harshly to ease the pain in my head if that makes sense. I've found deep breathing helps, in for 3 and out for 5. It's hard to breathe in sometimes when my throat is tight though. I don't know what it's like for you or other people becuase it's different for everyone.
