Just What You Needed- (Ben Orr X reader)

- Chapter Two-

The next morning You rolled over and shut your alarm off. You almost forgot what day it was. Today was Valentine's day. You were overjoyed. It was Thursday too, one day closer to Friday. You got up and got dressed, putting on a Metallica shirt and light blue torn jeans. You also put on black Converse.

Your Mom was out in the kitchen making heart shaped pancakes like she does every year.

"Hi Sweetie." Mom greeted.

"Hey Mom." You say.

"Do you have any plans tonight with Ben?" Your Mom asked.

"Funny you mention it. I was going out with Ben and the guys tonight for a concert." You say grabbing a fork for your food.

When the food was done it looked so good. You wished Ben could witness it. You couldn't wait to get to school. At 6:30 A.M the school bus came. You grabbed your phone and earbuds and headed out the door. You had a fifteen minute bus ride so You put your music in and listened.

Once the bus reached the school, You saw Ben. When the bus stopped and let you guys off, You ran to him.

He was holding a bag in his hand. "Happy Valentine's day baby." he said.

"Happy Valentine's day." You said.

Ben handed You the bag and you immediately felt bad. "I'll give you my gift tonight. Sorry I didn't bring it with me." You said.

"It's fine." Ben smiled at you.

You took the bag and opened it. Inside was a pink candle shaped like a heart and a picture frame with a picture of you and Ben in it.

"AWW BABE!" You shouted.

"I'm glad you like it." Ben said as he kissed you.

You guys walked into school holding hands but as you walked with him your mind switched to a different thought.

"I wish this was Ric."

At Lunch time You got cards from Elliot and Ric. You didn't open them though but you were dying to.

"Thanks guys!" You said putting them away. "So are you excited for the concert tonight?"

"Hell yeah!" Elliot said.
