Just What You Needed- (Ben Orr X reader)

-Chapter four-

It was Saturday, a day to relax and do Whatever YOU wanted. You had no plans but you were getting dressed anyway. As you were getting dressed your phone went off.

"Hey babe, would you like to go to Yvonne's restaurant before the show tonight?" Ben texted.

You forgot there was a show tonight. But you texted back that you wanted to go.

"Mom! Can I go to dinner and a concert tonight?" You yelled from your room.

"Sure honey!" Your mom yelled back.

"Thanks!" You yelled from afar.

When you guys pulled into Yvonne's restaurant, You marveled the sight.

"Wow, this is beautiful." You said to yourself.

Once you guys sat down, Ben grabbed your hand. "[Y/N] ever since we left school yesterday I've been wondering, what had you so upset?" He asked.

"It's really nothing. Just something stupid." You say.

Just then a waitress came to your table. "Hi welcome to Yvonne's can I take your order?"

"Yeah, hi I'll take a salad and a Pepsi." You said.

"And I'll have Dr. Pepper with a side of fries." Ben said.

"Alright, I'll put that right in for you guys." the waitress said then walked away.

"Stupid? Nothing is stupid when it comes to my girl." Ben said.

"Aww." You said.

The food came in about 30 minutes. The food was delicious. On your way out the door, a Cars song came on. You screamed with excitement and hugged him. Ben didn't like being recognized but You were his girlfriend so he let it slide.

The Cars were a pretty amazing group. You kept your eyes on Ben the whole time. Even when Ric sang. 7:30 the concert was over. It was actually not a concert just a rehearsal at a popular place.

After the concert backstage, Elliot, Ben and Ric were putting their instruments away. As they were doing that Elliot piped up.

"I can't believe our song is actually true now." Elliot said.
