Meanwhile... in the office:

Here by introducing the character of the caretaker, Irene. She will be pairing up with the manager. (Not related to anyone in real)

Manager's POV:

Oh god, how did this really happen. What if they had already stolen our database? All our efforts would be in vain and someone else would get the name.

I bet it would be that Kim Jaehoon again. What the hell that man is thinking? Is he a movie villain, just worth nothing.

I got a call from... Irene?!

I cleared my throat before talking to her as I could already feel butterflies in my stomach.

"Hello." I spoke up.

"Umm hey, are you alright?" she asked it's because of my voice I think.

"I should be the one asking you." I said.

"Haha, umm thank you for your help that day." She said gratefully.

"Aww, no mention." I said shyly.

"Shall we meet now?" she asked and I was so excited that I got speechless.

"When, where and how?" I asked her for which she said, "Just open the door for me I am here."

We were speaking for a while just in silence. We didn't talk at all. I am talking to her, amidst of the work I have to do now. I have to check the CCTV footage too.

Jungkook would kill me. Not talking actually.

She suddenly pressed her lips on my cheek. I was taken back and I blushed.

"Thank you" she said.

"I like your way of saying thanks and I think you should be more grateful." I teased her.

"Huh, I was just little unconscious nothing more, you didn't save my life then like a superhero." She said.

"But a hero at least nah. Admit it." I asked.

She laughed for that. "Umm.. who were those guys that day?" she asked me.

"Just some bad guys, you needn't worry." I said.

"I am not a kid to hide from me." She pouted.

Jungkook's POV:

"What?" I asked in confusion to the receptionist. She was like as if I am acting strange.

"Yes sir, yesterday Jenny ma'am said you were going on a date" she said.

"Oh... yes" I said saving the moment. I asked her then to send for a doctor. A date? Why did she lie to her and where did Jenny go at the night?

I went to my room and found that Jenny was running high temperature.

"Damn, you're hot" I said as I touched her forehead. She smiled denoting that she knows.

After a while the doctor came and examined her. "Did you go out at night or what?" she asked her for which Jenny denied it.

"Just get this medicine and take care, don't go out anywhere." She advised.

I thanked and paid the doctor after which I came to Jenny. "Why did you lie?" I asked which made Jenny not even shook the least.
