"Wake up." A deep voice said, lightly shaking my shoulder. "Go away." I muttered.
"That's not very nice." The voice returned. I didn't respond, I was trying to go back to sleep. "I am going to take a picture of you and send it to everyone, including Liam." It was Jay.
I opened my eyes and looked at him, "You better fucking not."
He chuckled, "Goodmoring to you too, Miss Sunshine." I sat up, "What time is it?"
"Noon, you might want to get up. We leave in an hour."
I scrambled out of bed, nearly kicking Jay in the head. "An hour?! Why didn't you or Liam wake me up sooner?" I opened my drawers, looking for something to wear.
"Hey, at least I am waking you up now." I rolled my eyes, "Where's Liam?"
"Cooking frantically, I might add. Just an FYI, he is really nervous to see everyone again, he is completely convinced our family hates him."
"Why?" I went into the closet, looking for an outfit.
"Liam didn't attend the funeral, due to the fact his sister gave him the wrong day on purpose." Jay said.
I stopped looking around, "What?"
"My cousin, Ruth, she was really close to my uncle and-" "She blames Liam." I finished.
"Yeah," He said after a moment of silence, "She still does. She doesn't want Liam to come today. That's why he is worried about bringing you."
"Oh." I said, flatly.
"Don't worry though. I'll be there and Liam's mom wouldn't let her say anything to you, nor Liam and I." I grabbed a white dress and walked back to where Jay was, "Now I'm nervous. Well more nervous than before."
"Don't be! They will love you, just like I do."
"Thanks, Jay. You know how to make me feel better." Before Jay could respond, Liam yelled, "JAY DAWNSON PAYNE! I NEED YOUR HELP!"
Jay looked over at me, "Well, that's my cue. Hurry and get dressed, before I kill him." I nodded and Jay left the room. A second later I heard, "WHAT THE HELL! DON'T CALL ME FUCKING DAWNSON. I WILL GRAB THAT MOTHERFUCKING CHAIR AND BUST IT OVER YOUR HEAD!"
"DO IT THEN, YOU LITTLE BITCH! I NEED YOUR HELP" Liam yelled back. I laughed at their vulgar conversation.
I slipped out of my nightwear and into my dress, it is a sleeveless lace belted dress with a cross over back detail.
I kept my makeup minimal as usual; mascara, blush, and a swipe of clear gloss. I began braiding my hair into a loose, side-swept fishtail.
After I was done with my hair, I slipped my feet into a pair of K. Jacques Petron Leather thong sandals. And to finish off, I sprayed Vera Wang's Princess perfume. Someone knocked on my door, "Hey its Liam. You ready? We need to leave."
I walked over to the door and opened it, he stood there weraing light blue jeans skinnies, a white teeshirt, and brown work boots. "You look amazing." Liam smiled.
I smiled back, "So do you."
"We all look amazing! Can we go?" Jay yelled from the living room. Liam rolled his eyes, "Ready?"
I nodded.
Fifteen minutes later, we pulled into a English style manor. It was covered in redish-brown bricks. Blue roof, and covered in windows. It was gorgeous. Large front yard, same with the driveway. Should I continue, it looked as if it should be on the cover of Home and Gardens magazine. It was that breathtaking.
