Chapter 1

--Keith POV--

"LANCE C'MON HURRY UP! WE'RE ALMOST THERE!" I yelled as weran through the halls to where Pidge and Hunk were waiting by their lions for us.

I look back to see Lance limping and then collapsing "LANCE!"

I ran over to him well more like slid over to him and shook him to see if he was concious "C'mon baby..we're almost there,"

I pulled him close to me so it would be easier to pick him up.

"Keith, Keith...Just go without me, I'm a fallen soldier, I'm a weak link, this mission was just an attempt to get rid of me.." Lance choked out as I looked at him wide eyed

"N-no! I'm not leaving without you! I left you once and I'm never leaving you again!" I growled as he looked at me

"The-the bomb is going to go o-off any tic now...just GO!" he looked at me with a weak smile but I just shook my head squeezing my eyes shut.

"No Lance, I'm either leaving with you, or staying with you," I furrowed my eyebrows as I felt him take mine and his helmet off.

he wrapped his arms around my neck pulling me into a kiss.

It was a bit of a surprise but judging by our situations it may be our last. So I made it count.

I pulled him close deepening the kiss licking his bottom lip before entering his mouth getting a cute groan from him.

we stayed like that for a few tics before I pulled away grabbing our helmets.

I placed a kiss on his forehead smiling before putting his helmet on him, and putting my helmet on.

As I picked him up bridal style I started sprinting through the halls to where Pidge and Hunk were with the Green and Yellow lions.

The thing is Allura sent us on a mission only using the green and yellow lions. Me and Lance were to go in and infiltrate and place a bomb. and Pidge an Hunk were to stay by the lions and hack the system giving us acces to the rooms needed.

But we got caught up after placing the bomb, Lance had twisted his ankle and I just had a bad back from this morning.

I started to see a glimpse of Pidge and Hunk by their lions as I pushed myself to run as fast as possible "PIDGE, HUNK!! WE'RE COMING!"

I saw them look my direction and nod before they ran into their lions,

just as I was about to run inside my lion the bomb went off and the ship exploded wich sent me and Lance flying off into space, my holding onto him with my life.

--Lance POV--

I was holding onto Keith as he ran down the halls, then it all went black. All I heard was the sound of an explosion then the feeling of fire peircing my skin.

I screamed in pain as I held onto Keith with my life, feeling us spin off into space.

When I opened my eyes Keith was unconcious but still had a grip on me as I saw the Yellow and Green lions fly away gettinb smaller and smaller the further they went into space.

I screamed for them to turn around but something happened to the coms during the impact of the explosion and it messed them up.

Keith soon woke up to see me crying having a panick attack "th-their just t-t-thrin-ng ar-rou-und....th-they-y're comi-ing back f-f-for us n-now"

Keith held me closer as I wrapped my legs around his waist and arms around his neck as I cried.

Hours passed. Maybe days...who knew. But they didn't come back for us.

Okay so there's part one! This was basically a oneshot idea I decided to turn into a book because I thought it would be fun ╰(*'︶'*)╯

Anyways, Part two should be out in a few days. The chapters will get longer and shorter because I have no idea how I'm going to do these chapters, and I'll either have a funny little video or a song that I think suits the chapter/book at the top along with a pride flag thingy I made uwu

Anyways! If any of you guys have some ideas on how parts of this book should go feel free to tell! I'm all ears for ideas uwu

but like I have to sleep now because I have my first day of school tmr night my lovelies uwu~♡
