Chapter 9

Jade's p.o.v

Leigh-Anne, Jesy and I got into a car and drove as fast as we legally could to the hospital. When we got their we parked and ran inside to the waiting room. When we asked about Perrie they said it was to early to say anything. We sat down and cried a lot. I looked up and saw Perrie's mom, dad and several guards following them. The guards took my gun saying they had to take every gun to inspect them just to see if a guard shot her. I wasn't that worried because obviously I did not shoot her and I never would. I felt bad because we are suppose to take care of her and the family and we failed. The doctor came out from a room and walked over to all of us. She looked at us and then actually gave us information on how well Perrie is doing. She said that she was going into emergency surgery right now. She then added on that Perrie was shot in the stomach from a far away distance. She lost a lot of blood and needs a blood doner. Her left lung is punctured from the bullet and she broke a lot of her ribs. She wasn't conscious yet because of he blood loss though.

Dad: What is her blood type?

Doctor: B negative.

Dad: I won't be a match and neither are my kids.

Doctor: Well someone in the family should have her blood type. You are her mom right?

Queen: Oh yeah right I am her mom but our blood type isn't compatible.

Jade: Mine is o negative. You can use my blood for the transplant.

Doctor: Ok. Please follow me.

I followed the doctor back to this room. She started prepping me for the needle. I hate needles a lot but I love Perrie more so I am going to do this. She took my blood and then gave me something to eat. I went back out to the waiting room with everyone. Perrie was in surgery for a while. Everyone was worried except for one person. Her mom. I don't know why she isn't worried but it isn't right. A few hours later they said Perrie was out of surgery. We wanted to see her but they said she was recovering from surgery and still asleep from the anesthesia. Right now it was 5:00 PM. I checked my phone and saw that this was everywhere on the news. People on twitter had #GetWellSoonPerrie trending everywhere. I got a call and it was my mom. She said I had to come back to hep prepare for dinner. She seemed worried about something but I said ok and told the girls. Everyone left half an hour ago so it was just us therewaiting to here more about Perrie. Leigh-Anne got in the driver seat and then Jesy and I got in. They were comforting me because I told them just a few days ago that I like Perrie. We got back to the palace and walked inside. There were guards standing at the entrance. They told me to go to the Queen's office. I walked inside with Leigh-Anne and Jesy. I saw my mom and sister crying sitting on the chairs. I then saw Daniel standing beside the queen.

Queen: So Jade you probably know why I called you here today.

Jade: No actually I have no idea why I am here same with my family and Daniel.

Queen: Well Jade at the hospital when they took everyone's gun they looked at the bullets. Everyone's gun was full except for one. That was your gun Jade. You tried to murder my daughter!

Jade: I can't believe you would accuse me of doing that! I would never shoot the girl I love! Plus you weren't even sad at the hospital you were smiling!

Queen: So you are the reason you turned my precious daughter into a Lesbian!!!!!!!!!!

Jade: No she was lesbian before we ever met! I promise I did not shoot her! I was set up! Daniel do something about this!

Daniel: I'm sorry Jade but it just so happens that you left Perrie's side and in that minute she was shot! I think you were jealous that Prince Malik was proposing to the princess! Maybe you tried to kill him and missed. Who knows?

Queen: Anyway that is enough speaking from you Jade. Now here is what is going to happen. Your family is finished working here. I don't care where they go but they will be gone in the next hour. Now you. You will be taken downstairs to the dungeon where you will die. If there is enough time you might have a trial. If you are found guilty which I know you will be you will be given the death penalty.

Jade: Queen please listen to me. I would never hurt Perrie! She was about to die and I gave blood to save her life. If I wanted to kill her why would I give her my blood! 

Queen: Well explain the missing bullet your gun?

Jade: I was set up! 

Queen: Well you still have no solid evidence that you didn't try to kill Perrie.

Jesy: Listen bitch Jade is innocent now let her go!

Leigh-Anne: Jade is the nicest human being ever!

Queen: Anyway Jade say your goodbye's. You won't be seeing these people ever again.

I got up and hugged everyone. I have no idea where my family will go. I just hope that when Perrie is ok that she knows what happened and that I wouldn't actually do any of this to her. After a minute of saying goodbye to everyone Daniel handcuffed me and took me out of the room. He then walked me downstairs to the dungeon. He uncuffed me and put me in the jail cell. He then took off my handcuffs and locked the door.

Daniel: So this is how it works Jade. Someone will come down here to deliver your food every day. You are never leaving this cell. There is a bed, bathroom in this section. I will have to go through your stuff and bring whatever I choose down here for you. The Queen is very busy and doesn't have time for your trial right now. When they do you will be found guilty. The Queen decided but it is either being hung or electrocuted.

Jade: Daniel please. I think she is up to something. Please trust me.

Daniel: Sorry Jade.

He left and closed the door. The only source of light I have is this lamp and the window. I sat there and started to cry. I don't want to die. I looked at the clock on the wall. It was supper soon.  Well I hope. I have no idea when I get to eat now. Daniel came down with a plate of food and my stuff. He gave me my stuff and told me to look at my songbook.I set everything down and grabbed my songbook. I flipped through until I saw it. He wrote me a note. He explained how he is being forced to do this by Perrie's mom and about how bad of a person she is. I closed my book and looked at my food. I'm not even sure if it was edible. I ate it anyway. Once I finished I decided just to go to bed.
