22: The Truth

Jimin POV

With the harsh rays of sunlight entering the room, I woke up only to see the stupid bars of a jail cell surround me.

"Park Jimin. Why the fuck have you been working with Jungkook?"

"I'm sorry... who are you?" I asked.

Hoseok, Taeyong, Namjoon, Felix, and Yoongi were standing there, staring at me.

"Is he serious? Okay, what the hell did Jeon do to you?"

"Jungkook? He's not a bad guy, just... misunderstood, in a way."

"Misunderstood my ass... He kills people for a living Jimin. He tried to kill you multiple times, kills people on the regular, is aroused by the sight of death, kidnapped you, did something to your brain, and manipulated too many people to count. He's not misunderstood, he's just a really shitty human being that needs to die and fast." I grumbled at their answers about him, knowing they were being dumb and not understanding the situation.

Not answering afterwards, I had stayed stuck in the cell for days until...

All the people who I didn't want here, weren't.

"Okay, look. I'm going to be completely honest. I never lost my memory. I only did that so I could see what was happening to Jungkook and what he was planning next." Everyone stared at me in shock.

"How do we know it isn't a lie?"

"Do a brain scan if you want to see. I'm not lying to you guys." They hooked me up to a machine and started checking for any signs of memory loss.

After asking me some questions, everything checked out and I was finally allowed all my stuff back.

"Boy, did I miss this." I powered on my wristwatch, watching all the controls show up. I was allowed my badge back and got to spilling my secrets.

"Daehyun is safe. Taehyung... I believe he's being kept in Busan. Jungkook is going to attack the entire city on 27 of January, killing anyone he sees before he gets here to basically blow the place up. He wants some redacted files about some random case from a few years back and will do anything to get them. We need to track them down and hide them away ASAP." I explained.

Everyone scrambled to their stations immediately trying to hide away whatever it was Jungkook needed.

He isn't getting his hands on that file first...
