Patton woke up in the Apollo cabin. Why am I here again? Oh yeah, Alexander nearly drowned me. But I was fine, people just don't believed me. Poor Alexander. He must be feeling guilty.

A boy approached him. Logan Croft, if Patton could remember. He looked at Patton with concern, than handed him his glasses. As Patton focused on his face, he saw other details about the boy. His brows were narrowed, giving him an older look. His posture was very good, like he had a metal stick glued to his back. And more importantly, he didn't have a medical white suit on.

"Hey!" Patton waved, even though the boy was only a couple of feet away "You're not my doctor, so in what can I help you?"

"I was... worried about your condition. You must have swallowed a lot of water. Are you relatively okay?"

"I'm fine. I told you guys that last night!"

The answer seemed to be satisfactory to the boy, who walked away to sit on a bed. He opened a huge book, that took a while for Patton to figure out the title, but it said "Plato - Best stories". Underneath it was the same title but in Ancient Greek.

Payton's gaze shifted from the boy to the door. Three boys had just walked in. Of course, being there for six years, Patton knew the boys. Remy Freud, son of Hypnos, Roman Prince, son of Nike, and... Deceit Lawyer! Well that's a nice surprise! Patton wasn't even sure Deceit had friends, so why was he visiting someone?

Patton waved to Roman. The flamboyant boy waved back, with a smile on his face. Remy Freud went to talk to one of the girls in the back, but Roman and Patton turned to the bed next to Patton, in which, the boy just now realized, was Virgil Dunn, awake.

Wow, this is really a day of surprises! Deceit is visiting someone and Roman is visiting Virgil!

Both boys stopped in front of Virgil's bed, a little bit embarrassed.

"Oh, so you're better!" Roman exclaimed "Oh, that's just perfect! I was even feeling guilty for leaving you in the woods, but you're just great now, so that's all useless! I even wondered if I was a hero! Oh my God, how you scared me!"

Virgil just smiled.

"Chill down, Roman, I just passed out, it's not like you stabbed me in the lungs"

"See? That's what I told you, Roman!" Deceit said, looking eager to get out of the place "Now can I go?"

Virgil finally realized the other boy.

"Hmm, what are you doing here?"

"Rude much, Virgil?" Replied Deceit, looking offended.

Roman hit Deceit with his elbow.

"Alright, alright" Deceit grumbled, annoyed "No need for that. I came here to apologize"

Virgil looked at Roman, questioning. Roman sighed and added "He electrocuted you last night. That's why you passed out. And I, a wonderful person, brought him here to apologize."

"I only came here because Roman swore I could get his place in the shower line" Deceit added, only to get an annoyed look by Roman.

Virgil looked like someone just told him Santa doesn't exist "You... got all the struggle of bringing Deceit Lawyer over here to apologize to me? And his place in the shower line is terrible. He sucks at being a head of cabin!"

"Yeah well..." Roman scratched his neck, embarrassed. Aw, that's so cute of Roman! He could even become friends with Virgil Gunn this year, wouldn't that be nifty? Patton thought, but kept in silence. Saying his thought out loud would only make both Roman and Virgil embarrassed "I was coming to see you anyway, so I thought I'd bring him here."

"You were coming to see me?"

"Well, I was worried about you!"

That answer seemed to satisfy Virgil. The boy smiled. And Virgil very rarely smiled.

The sweet moment was cute by Remy's voice "Wait, you electrocuted him? He's like fourteen and you're twenty one, Deceit, have some shame!"

Virgil raised his hand "Actually I'm sixteen"

Deceit gesticulated to the boy in the bed "He's sixteen, Raymond, and he's fine, look at him! Why were you even here?"

"Energy remedy. My girl Eliza gets them for me."

"Is it healthy for you to take them?" Patton said worryingly, gesturing to the Starbuck cup in Remy's hand "Ya know, with coffee and all?"

"I haven't died yet, honey, so I'm fine"

Logan finally took his gaze out of his book, in the other side of the room "I couldn't help but hear your conversation, and believe me I tried, but you guys are really loud. My point is, you electrocuted him, Deceit?"

"I think electrocuted is a strong word. I just have him a small shock, that's all"

"I'm not that small, I'm fine!" Virgil complained.

Deceit dramatically gestured to the sixteen year old, to which Remy just gave a shrug and walked out, sipping on Starbucks. Were he even got those stuff all the time, since they were miles away of a Starbucks store, Patton had no ideia. Deceit waved goodbye to Virgil, slapped Roman's shoulder and left, following Remy. By the window, Patton could see they were walking together, chatting.

Huh. I didn't know they were friends.

Roman gave a shy smile back to Virgil, waved goodbye to me and left. After he left, Virgil kept looking at the door, amazed, a ghost of a smile on his face.

Patton made a really big effort to not squeal, screech or make any sounds that indicated he was fanboying.

After a while, Virgil tossed around in bed, turning to Patton, and closed his eyes.

"They finally left, thank the gods!" Exclaimed Logan "I couldn't even hear my reading over this cacophony!"

Patton let out a small laugh. He never knew Logan Croft was funny! Logan turned to him, surprised. Guess no one laughs at what he says. I don't see why not.

The cabin door opened, and Thomas entered. Patton was instantly filled with happiness. He loved seeing his older brother, and it's not like it was an unusual occurrence, being that they hanged out nearly everyday.

"Oh hey Pat! Are you okay? I heard you drowned yourself."

"I'm fine, Tommy, don't worry."

"Actually, you ingested about one litro of water." Logan added, not looking away from his book.

Patton tried to give him an annoyed look, but all that came out was an embarrassed look. Huh. Amazing. I can't get mad at Logan. How funny! I don't know why, probably because he's right, or because he looks very serious and business, or because he's worrying about me, or because his hair falling on his face while he reads the book gives him a puppy face.

After convincing Thomas he was fine, Patton tried to sleep, convinced that his energetic self couldn't, but as his eyes closed, he dazed off. The last thing he saw was Logan reading on his bed, his hair falling on his eyes and a focused look on his face.
