3rd Person POV

[JP is awoken by Alexis]

Alexis: JP, wake up!

JP: What's going on?

Alexis: They just announced that Sheppard has stepped down and new person is in charge of Duel Academy.

JP: Why is that?

Alexis: Apparently the founder of the school, Seto Kaiba, is dead!

JP: Who killed him?

Alexis: That's just it. No one knows.

JP: What do you mean no one knows?

Alexis: Just what I said.

JP: Who's in charge of Duel Academy now?

Alexis: A man named Leo Akaba. He says that there will be changes around here.

JP: Well, I need to tell my brother.

Alexis: You have a brother?

[JP is very confused]

JP: Yeah, you know, Jaden. My brother. I dueled Crowler to give him a chance to enter the academy.

Alexis: JP, are you okay? You're not making any sense.

[JP gets up]

JP: I'll go find Celina. I need to clear my head.

Alexis: (Jealous) Well, I'm here if you need me.

[JP runs to the Slifer Red Dorm to find Celina. Meanwhile, the Masked Boy arrives]

Masked Boy: I hope I'm not too late. Everything seems to be pretty normal.

[The Masked Boy sees JP running to the Slifer Dorm]

JP: Celina! I need to talk to you!

Celina: JP, what's wrong?

JP: Celina, where is my brother?

Celina: What are you talking about?

JP: My brother Jaden. Do you know where he is?

Celina: JP, you don't have a brother.

JP: What's going on? I'm so confused! He existed yesterday! He has a tag duel with Syrus to not be expelled.

Celina: No, I have a tag duel with Syrus to not be expelled. JP, are you feeling okay?

JP: I'm so confused.

[The Masked Boy prepares to leave when a student approaches him]

Student: JP, Chancellor Akaba wishes to see you.

JP: What did I do?

Student: Nothing. He just wishes to see you. Also, he wants me to give you this.

[The Student hands JP a purple cape]

JP: What is this for?

Student: He'll explain everything.

[The Masked Boy watches JP walk away]

Masked Boy: This can't be happening! Yubel, what's going on?

[Yubel appears by JP's side]

Yubel: Apparently, Jaden has been erased from existence. I am just as confused as you. We need to check on the other dimensions.

[The Masked Boy vanishes to head to the Syncro Dimension]
