Kirino woke up and let out a painful groan as he felt a surge of pain coming from his stomach. He tried to touch the part where it was hurting but to his shock, he couldn't. Until he noticed the ropes that was tightly gripping around his petite body with his arms.
The latter turned his head around to look if there was anything he could state as familiar to him. Fortunately for him, he saw 4 figures lying around unconscious not far from him. Though, the room was very dark, the pinkette could still see that they were his companions, considering that he and the others were the only one being kidnapped after school.
The others finally woke up soon after, and tried to carry out the failed attempt Kirino did earlier, in which resulted as a failure once again. Aside from Hayami, who panicked once he finally realized the situation they were in. He started trembling uncontrollably as he kept muttering things under his breath. The others knew what he was saying despite that the words were faint and inaudible to hear. In the end, the panicked maroon-haired boy calmed down after minutes of consoling the latter that they would be fine.
"Are you alright, Kurama?"
The aforementioned boy looked up and stared at Kirino confusedly, although the bluenette was fine at first glance Kirino could tell that he's still in pain from the hit he received from the man. The pinkette smiled softly and motioned his leg towards the other's stomach to point out what he meant. This may seem improper to point at something using your foot but he had no choice since his arms were tied as well as his hands by the wrist.
Once Kurama realized what the other meant he huffed and turned his head to the side. "I'm fine, no need to worry about me. I'm not that weak."
"I see, glad to hear it."
The conversation was dropped after that and silence took over them. Rina finally got the chance to look around the area; there was a broken cabinet at the right and not far from it was two old couches that was facing each other and a small table placed at the middle of the two wrecked seats. The door was right across the others and it seemed that their escape will be easy for the kidnappers didn't even tied their legs.
On the other hand, the pink haired defender was in a trance. He was wondering as to why everything came all to this. In the beginning, they were at the clubhouse discussing about the tournament that was still uncertain for the team along with their unspoken questions due to it only being announced just this morning. Then they were kidnapped suddenly without warning this afternoon by those men.
But why did it turned out like this was the thing that kept bugging in everyone's minds. Kirino just pursed his eyelids closed and tried to recall what happened after. A sound of a door creaking interrupted the defender of Raimon's dreamland as light finally illuminated inside and blinded them.
"Oh. Finally awake? How was your beauty sleep, hm?"

The teal-headed defender walked silently as he kept looking straight ahead with sharp eyes but the boy couldn't help but turn his head every 5 minutes. It was already sunset and only few people were outside, including him, he should be at the orphanage at this time, locking up himself in his room or playing soccer to keep him busy, but none of that was on his schedule right now since he and the team got a shocking news from their trainer just 4 hours ago. Everyone was bewildered because their eyes widened to its limit as worry, shock and fear crept in their eyes, even kariya couldn't conceal the shock at the news he heard.
"W-what d-do you m-mean?" Sangoku stammered between his words. The tactician nodded firmly as if to really confirm the unimaginable announcement.
"It is what you've heard, they went missing."
The team stood silently as they couldn't comprehend that Kirino and the others suddenly went missing without a reason. Kirino never did anything wrong to make someone hate him and so did the others, but nevertheless, it happened. Kariya, who never once showed his worry, gritted his teeth because of the feeling he felt made an impact to him so much.
"Earlier, I received a call from their parents, asking if we were having a practice overtime."
Each member of Raimon shifted their gaze at the woman beside Kidou Yuuto, his sister, Otonashi Haruna, was the one who was even more worried for she's the first one who got the news.
"But we never had a practice!" Hikaru spoke out.
"That's right. And so that it brings me to a conclusion that they went missing after school." Kidou stated. "And maybe they were kidnapped altogether and was confined in one place."
"Now that I think about it, they were going to a ramen shop together saying they were planning to talk about Endou-kantoku's announcement earlier."
Someone voiced out as everyone looked at the white haired boy with red locks at both side of his head. The boy was keeping silent just as the important meeting started but it may seemed that he was the only one who had given a useful information among all because the adults inside glanced at one another and nodded.
"Endou.."
The aforementioned man fixed his eyes at the latter. Just that and they knew where to start. Endou nodded back and glanced firmly at his students. "Alright, let's go to that place. We will search there first."
"Hai!"
