The next day, Toby got a call from YouTube to head over to their office for his sketch ideas. He accepted of course and hung up, trotting downstairs to the basement to tell Katie his plans.
"Hey," he said as he entered the room she was in. Katie was watching the television on the couch, once she heard his voice she perked up and looked over at him. "So, I have to head over to YouTube Space to work on some of my sketches. I'll see you tonight, alright?" Kaitlin nodded and stood up, walking over to Toby and giving him a hug.
"Alright, come back safe, okay?" she asked him, giving him a smile. Toby grinned and ruffled her hair. "Yeah, yeah, I will," he replied, walking over to his gaming area and grabbing his pad of notes and a couple of other gadgets.
"See ya!" he called as he ran up the stairs and shutting the door. Katie sighed happily and sat back onto the couch, just grinning to herself. The way his hugs feel, his pearly teeth smiling back at her, his hazelnut eyes glistening as he talks to her...Katie could just think about him for hours and be just content with that.
The fact that this man is even alive on the earth, gives her the best reassurance of all. She wished everyone could be like him. Toby is so caring, happy, and loveable...why does there have to be such cruel people in this world.
Kaitlin stood up and walked over to his desk, searching around for some papers and colored pencils. She was sure that this creative guy would have something down here. He has a flipping whiteboard and markers for crying out loud! He has GOT to have something.
Finally, at the bottom of his drawer, she found a couple a pieces of blank paper. In his closet, she found some colored pencils. A twenty-four pack of Crayola, now that was a good find. With that, Kaitlin sat at his desk and began drawing Toby.

Five o' clock rolled around and the house was still as dead silent as Toby left it. He was still caught up with work at YouTube Space and he knew he was most likely going to be stuck there 'till possibly eight that night. What the real problem was, who's car was it that pulled up into his driveway at his house.
Coming out of the car was Jack Douglass, one of Toby's friends. He has a camera pointed to his face and he was chuckling at himself.
"Alright, I am here at his house, Biches. Master Plan Cobra is in launch," he told his camera as he took the key out from behind the plant and placing it in the lock. With a click, the door swung open and Jack waltzed in, placing the key in his pocket and flicking on just a couple of lights around the house. He didn't want anyone else to notice his presence.
Jack placed the camera on the counter and positioned it towards himself, then walked into the middle of the living room and started taking out some toilet paper out of a bag he brought in.
"You see, why would you ruin the outside of a house? It's embarrassing for other people to see. Ruining the inside causes much more damage!" Jack announced to the camera, throwing lines and lines of toilet paper around the living room. Jack started wrapping lamps, pictures, table legs, and some other nick-knacks.
Taking out a whole new roll, he moved to the kitchen and wound everything around in there. By the time he was done, he grabbed the camera and twirled around, showing everyone the mess he made. "Now, how about we go ruin his gaming area, then we'll be done!"
Jack opened the door to the basement and came down the steps. When he reached the bottom, he flicked on the light switch and looked around. "We got work to do," he said.
Jack placed the camera on an end table in the corner of the room and started his masterpiece of the room. Throwing things here, wrapping things there...what he didn't know, was he was being watched.
On the other side of the room was Katie. She was watching him with a shocked face. Katie remembered him from the day Toby moved in. He was helping him unpack and stuff, but why was he doing this? Was this payback for something?
After Jack finished, he picked up the camera and looked through the screen, laughing and showing his work. "This is magnificent..." he muttered.
Jack scanned the room with the camera, a grin plastered on his face...then suddenly it fell. Jack froze in his place and just kept staring at his screen. The camera was pointed to the far corner of the room, and his face was emotionless.
"Oh...Oh my God..." he whispered out. Jack looked up and saw nothing, but when he looked back down....there stood a pale, ghost-like, Katie Moore. Jack wasn't sure if it was just his camera, but..but it looked real enough.
"Biches, do you see that!? Holy crap, Toby's house is haunted..." said Jack, trailing off at the end. He wasn't sure how to process this...but now it was on camera.
"I'm not even drinking!" he exclaimed to them. Shuffling backwards to the stairs, he kept the camera panned onto the girl in the corner. Once his heel hit the back of the bottom stair, Jack turned and bolted up and out of the basement. He fled through the house and into his car. Jack double made sure the house was locked and then he was gone.
Kaitlin didn't know what to say. Feelings were everywhere with her. On one note, she wanted to cry. Someone now knew..and that person was going to spread about her whereabouts. Toby could get to overwhelmed and move...with that one camera..that ONE footage...
Kaitlin fell slowly down the wall and brought her knees to her chest, resting her chin on it and stare blankly into space. Now we wait for Toby...
