Not All Girls Cry

Chapter 14

Lucifer placed Rue on a rocking chair. "Now stay here, the Lady in White will watch you."

He leaves them alone in a room with red roses everywhere. The Lady in White sat down in front of Rue, she could hear some faint cries from her. It didn't felt right so the Lady in White picked up Rue and jumped back through a painting.

Ella turned and walked out of the store. "Where are you going?!" Nero yelled after her.

"To our shop." She said.

"You said she is a fighter and now your just giving up! You might as well have been the one to take her!" He yelled.

"No! I am not giving up!" She yelled turning around, tears flying off her face. She began yelling taking steps towards him. "I would never give up on Rue! She is all I have, I am all she has. I would never give up on her! We have been a family for years now and you have no idea how much I care for Rue! So don't you ever say that I am giving up on Rue! I would never give up on Rue!" By the time she finished she was infront of Nero. "You bastard." She spat into his face and slapped his cheek.

His hand flew to his face and tears streamed from his eyes. "Oh god. You aren't seriousally crying are you?" Dante asked.

"Look. We need to go back to the shop and think of a way to get Rue back." She said.

She swung the doors open just in time to see the Lady in White come through the painted with Rue in her arms.

"You!" Nero yelled and ran towards her.

"Don't." Ella said in a stern voice. "Don't give her a reason to take Rue back through that painting." She said, eyes glued to the floor, the top half of her faced shadowed by her hair.

Nero nodded and took a step back.

"Please, forgive me. I never thought that my creater would do somthing that would upset another being. I felt that somthing was terribly wrong and I brought her back. I do not wish to make others unhappy." She said and sat Rue down on the couch.

"Oh Lady in White." Lucifer sang. "You have been a naughty naughty girl." He said shaking his finger. "Shame on you." He said along with a few tuts. "Oh my dear Lady in White, you gave me quite a fright. You took my trust along with the one I lust, causing me to fuss. How could one forgive what you have done? And now, my love for you is gone." He sang and a red butterfly landed on the Lady in White's left shoulder, the skin on her shoulder cracked along with traces of blood, soon her entire body cracked like a piece of glass. The fragments floated around. "And now you are just a painting." He said and the painting of the Lady in White floated there glowing, as the glowing went down the painting fell to the floor.

"Like they say, if you want somthing done right you have to do it yourself." Lucifer said.
