Chapter 6

Kiera's POV

"Kiera you have got to promise me you will not tell ANYONE about me especially not Rick or Shane!" Lori pleaded to me.

"Shane? Why Shane what does he-" Then I realize. " Shane's the baby daddy." I state.

"Kiera I'm so so sorr-"

You don't get to talk to me. Shane is MY boyfriend!" I scream at her. I start screaming at her like there is no tomorrow until Sage comes down.

Sage's POV

"Kiera you need to calm your butt down right now." I say making my sister turn around.

"Sage!" Kiera screamed running towards me. She ran into my arms and put her head on my shoulder and started crying.

"Shh it's going to be okay I promise." I say stroking her hair.

"Shane slept with Lori and now he is going to be a dad to her child." She cried. I didn't know what to say to her to try and comfort her so I just stood there and let her cry.

I sat on the ground since Kiera fell asleep and let her head lay on my lap. I heard somebody yelling out Kiera's name when I realize that was Shane's voice calling her name out. "There she is." He says sitting down next to us. "Why does she look like she has been crying?" Shane asked.

"Because she has been." I state.

"Why has she been crying?" He asks bending down to where Kiera was.

"You. She has been crying because of you." I say and he just looks at me dumb founded.

"Me. What did I do?" He asked.

I just laughed and smiled at him "You had sex with your best friends' wife and got her pregnant and now look at the person that you call your girlfriend she is heartbroken." I yell at him but still quiet so I wouldn't wake Kiera up.

"Lori ain't pregnant." is the only thing he says.

"You wanna bet." I smirk at him and look at where Lori was standing.

"Shane I'm so sorry." Lori says bawling her eyes out.

"So it's true your pregnant?" he asks.

"Yes I am with your baby!" Lori says smiling trying to lighten the mood but failing.

"I can't be the father are you sure it's not Rick's?" Shane asks.

"I'm sure it's yours but Rick doesn't even know I'm pregnant." She says.

"He will now." He says.

"Shane don't please I need to tell him myself." She explains.

"I don't think neither one of you will have to tell him." I say.

"No y'all won't." Rick says standing a couple feet away from Shane.

"Rick. I was going to tell you but then I decided I can't bring a baby into this kind of world so I got Maggie and Glenn to get me some abortion pills but I threw them up." She explained quickly.

Rick didn't reply he just ran towards Shane with his fist balled up.

"Rick no!" Lori shouted but it was to late. Rick and Shane was in a fist fight and they both had bruised cheeks by now. Lori was sitting on the ground crying and Kiera was starting to wake up.

"What's going on?" Kiera sleepily asks.

"Rick and Shane are in a fight over Lori." I explain to her. As soon as I said Shane's name she immediately sets up and start looking for Shane.

"Shane stop please." Kiera screams and he stops and looks at her and Rick knocks Shane down again and Shane jumps up and comes to where Kiera was at.

Kiera's POV

Shane comes over to where I am and wraps his arms around me and I push away from him. "Get your hands away from me!" I exclaim.

"Kiera baby calm down we can talk about this." Shane says trying to put his arms around me again. I jump up and start running to my jeep. I look behind me and see Shane right on my trail.

"What do you want from me?" I ask Shane.

"I want to talk to you Kiera." He says.

"Fine lets talk." I say annoyed with him.

"Before I met you me and Lori got together Rick was still at the hospital we thought he was dead I was comforting Lori and we just ended up in the middle of the woods with our pants down. I never thought that she would end up pregnant." He explains.

"But that's the point Shane she is pregnant with your baby. That should be me pregnant not your best friends wife." I meant to say the last part in my head but I guess I didn't since Shane was looking at me with an unexplainable expression.

"Are you jealous of Lori?" Shane asks me. I think about it and come to the conclusion that I was jealous of Lori Grimes because she is carrying my boyfriends baby and I'm not.

"Yes I am actually." I admit to Shane.

Shane walks over to me and puts his arms around me and pulls me into his body and says "I'll make you a deal if you promise to still be my girlfriend I will tell Lori that I want nothing to do with her or the baby after it is born or if you are up to it I will tell her that me and you get the baby and she can't have nothing to do with it." He explains.

"Shane as much as I like the idea of you not wanting anything to deal with the baby you can't do that that is your kid so you have to be there for it so no your not telling Lori anything. But about the first thing you mentioned as long as you don't knock up anymore women then yes I will be your girlfriend still." I say to him and the only thing he can do is stare at me.

He wraps his arms around me and spins me around the puts me back on my feet then leans down to my ear and whispers "I am one lucky son of a gun." then kisses me.

"Yes you are." I say back to him. We have a mini make out session then Sage comes and tells us that the rest of the group has decided to get back on the road.

"Okay we will be there in a minute." Shane says. Sage nodded and left to go Daryl I guess.

"Come on before they decide to leave us out here alone." I say to Shane grabbing his hand and pull him towards the vehicle.

We get to where the rest of the group is waiting and when Rick sees us he says "Lets move now!". We all get in our separate vehicles and wait for Rick to lead the way to where ever we end up next.
