They made there way back to the clearing, to find a group of kids crowding around a display of magick.

"Get your magick in on this, everyone! The night's at its peak, and we're gonna set the sky on fire!" The Captain of the Thief team shouted. A bunch of students gathered around the display quickly.

"I'm just gonna hang back..." Rachael mumbles, staying on the outskirts of the commotion. They set off what seemed like a million fireworks lighting up the night and making the most loud and unpleasant sound.

Something in the trees caught her eyes and she impulsively went to investigate. She found a pathway that lead further into the forest.

"Hello? Anybody there?" Rachael calls out as she stepped down the path. She looked around hearing the same thing she just said in return. "That was an echo, right?"

The bushes next to her rustled quickly and familiar green figure came running out out of them. "Rachael! Thank goodness I found you!"

"Holy shit! Aster, you scared the hell outta me. I thought you were gonna be a shadow monster." Rachael says taking a few deep breaths.

"Shadow monster? I don't think there are any...around." Aster says her eyes going dark as the trees began to speak to her. "Not creatures...Rachael, I must...they need you to see!"

Aster grabbed her arm and Rachael was immediately brought into her vision. It showed her the rock she'd found from when Professor Swan got ride of the shadow creature and Professor Kontos. Rachael pulled her arm away from the intensity of Aster's vision teetering dizzily.

"Woah! Aster, did you just take me into your branching?" Rachael gasp.

"I could think of no better way. I believe the trees want you to take that strange stone to Professor Kontos. I can tell it's extremely important. I urge you to see him as soon as you can!" Aster gasps, looking slightly weak and tired.

"How did you even get out here?" Rachael's asks, concerned. "Let's get you back to Penn Square so you can rest."

"You have to listen to their warning!" Aster says pleadingly.

"I will. Let's just get you home and safe first." Rachael says, putting her arm around her to support her while they walked away from the party.
