Chapter 14

Liam hadn't been in school for two days which isn't a lot, but everyone seemed to notice that. People would provoke him to see him turning. Most of the students knew about Liam and other supernatural creatures, but there still were some people who didn't believe that and that's why some other students were so obsessed with proving everyone that Liam is dangerous and has some horrible anger issues. It's like they wanted to be the heros who show everyone the ugly truth and save them from that.

Some part of him were scared to go to school, but at the same time he knew that he isn't a murderer like everyone assumes. His pack and friends would always say that they wouldn't let anyone hurt him or touch him and just hearing that made him a lot less nervous. 

'Hey, have you seen Mason ? .' Liam went to Corey.

'No, we were at my place, but at the morning he went home. He should be here soon, though.' 

'Oh, okay, if you see him, let me know.' Liam smiled and went away. He still needed to talk with Scott, Stiles and Lydia.

Liam walked into the biology class. Lydia was supposed to be there, but the class was empty. Even the teacher was out.

Out of nowhere somebody hit him. That was Nolan and some lacrosse player that he didn't quite recognize. They were trying to provoke him. They wanted everyone to see him angry and most importantly they wanted to prove everyone that he's something more than just a human.

'Aren't you gonna punch us back or use your claws,or whatever that you usually use while fighting ?' Nolan was making fun of Liam. 

'He can't, he's too weak for fighting back.' his friend joined him and they both started to laugh. People who were watching joined them as well. 

Nolan kept punching Liam. Liam was already on the floor and bleeding, but he didn't stop. Malia and Lydia had realized what's going on and they tried to stop everything, but no one would let them in the class.

'The Sun, The Moon, The Truth.' After more than a minute of just taking all these punches and kicks Liam stared to have problems. He started to get really angry and couldn't control himself anymore. He knew that he'll turn soon, if they won't stop. Liam was still on the ground panting for a moment he felt like he can't breathe anymore. At this point he was floating in his own blood

'What are you muttering ? Don't you know how to speak properly and don't you wanna punch me back ? Nolan leaned closer to Liam, but he didn't stop hurting him. Nolan was irritated as well, he was so desperate to prove everyone that Liam is dangerous and needs to be killed. A few students started to get concerned whether this is or isn't too much, but they didn't do anything. They kept standing there like nothing is happening.

'Move!' Theo yelled and pushed everyone aside to get into the class. He took Nolan by his hand and stopped him from punching Liam one more time. Liam kept laying on the floor.

Theo didn't hurt anyone or join the fight. He just helped Liam to get up, took him by his hand and pulled off him to his car. Theo didn't say a word to Liam or Nolan, or anyone else. He only told Lydia and Malia that he'll make sure Liam's fine and they have nothing to worry about.
