Chapter 16

'Where were you ? I was worried about you, Liam.' Scott asked him.

'Uhh...nowhere, I'm fine now. 'Liam tried his best to fake a smile. He was actually quite good at hiding and faking his emotions. He never understood whether it's a good or a bad thing, but it could become handy in many situations. Like in situations where he had to hide what he feels for Theo.

Theo, Theo, Theo. He was always on Liam's mind even if he didn't want him to be there.

'Damn it!' he swore to himself. He was thinking about him again. Liam just couldn't stop. It sometimes seemed like Theo is the only thing that Liam can think about. He was thinking about his eyes, his smile and drowning in every single memory in which they would have some sort of physical contact, just a small one. These memories made him feel safe and happy. His favourite memory of them was when Theo gave him his hand to help him get up and they ended up holding hands for a second. It wasn't for long, but his hand was in Theo's for too long to be just nothing. And that's all that mattered to him, it was like some sort of hope that one day he might actually hold his hand for as long as he needs to feel safe inside.

Theo was still sitting in his car, in the parking lot. He couldn't drive away. There was something or someone pulling him closer to this place. Like a magnet. Yet Theo still refused to believe that he might like Liam a little more than he wanted to or maybe even was already his. He was under Liam's control without wanting him. Theo hadn't realized this himself, but he would go anywhere where Liam would. He would do anything for him even if  he would hurt himself in that way. 

Theo would never let somebody hurt Liam.

He knew he should go, but he didn't want to leave Liam alone, but he didn't want to run after him as well. He simply sat in his car, hoping that Liam will be just fine. Theo knew that Scott and others would protect him, but he was still nervous.
