Jacky's POV:

I look down at the pregnancy test in my hands, dreading the results. Positive. I try to figure out how I'm gonna tell Ryan, but I can't. I don't even know if he'll still love me. If he'll even be here for me when the baby's born is a whole other story. I hear the door open, only to turn around and come face to chest with Ryan.

"You okay? You've been in here a long time, Jacks." He questions, shortly before looking down at the test in my hands. "Bunny, are you-"

"I'm sorry, Ryan." I cry out. "I should've told you. I-" Ryan pulled me into a tight hug. I put my hand on his chest, turning my head to the side as I continued to cry into him.

"It's all gonna be okay, babe. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you or our baby." Ryan said as he brushed his fingers through my hair. "I love you, Jacky."

"I love you, too, Ryan."

It's been five months now and it's time to see the sex of the twins. Yes, twins.

"You ready to know what you're having?" The doctor asked as she moved the ultrasound wand to a different spot on my already large stomach.

"Yes." I reply, taking Ryan's hand in mine as we continued to look at the screen. Soon, we were able to see what the first twin was.

"It's a girl." Doctor Smith said, smiling. Ryan and I looked at each other as a tear began to run down my cheek. "And you are... congratulations, you're having a boy and a girl."

"Thank you!" Ryan said, emotionally. I just lay there, smiling down at my stomach, lightly tapping the spot where the twins were. Almost immediately, one of them tried to grab my finger through my stomach, making me smile even wider.

"I love you, both, very much." I said to them. They may not be here, yet, but I know they can hear me.

Nine months have passed now and Andy and Amelia are ready to come out. Ryan is standing next to me as the doctors and nurses prepare me for a C-section. I can't give natural birth because, well, men aren't made to stretch like that.

"I'll be here when you wake up." Ryan said, shortly before the doctor put a mask over my nose and mouth, causing me to quickly fall asleep.

When I was under, I could see my beautiful babies in their bassinets, as if they were already home. I smiled down at them, knowing they would grow up to do great things.

"Jacky." I heard Ryan say, just above a whisper. " Jacky, they're here." I opened my eyes to the sight of my boyfriend. In one arm, he held a tiny pink bundle of baby and blanket. In the other, a blue blanket. "They're gorgeous." Ryan handed me the little boy as I began to realize what's going on. Smiling as I look down at the sweet baby in my arms, I knew what I had to say.

"Hey, baby," I began as the small child stirred a bit in his blanket. "Hey, Andy. I have waited so long to meet you and your sister." I started to cry as I stared into my son's eyes. "I love you, both... so much. And I wouldn't trade either of you for the world." I know it's gonna be hard, but I also know that, with them, my life is now complete.
