"Yeah, now that I remember it, Project was away as well as Will on that day. I knew it had to do with something with Pessimist, but I had thought that they had a different approach to things. Strangely, however, I don't think they spoke that well..."

Danielle's POV: 16:32pm, Nov. 21st 3 years prior to The Incident.

I was making my usual trek home after a busy day, with the classic rainy weather making it all the more miserable. However, I didn't mind as much, as I wasn't going to be stuck in it for long.

At least that was my belief at first.

During my walk to the bus station at which I make my usual way home, I had overheard a conversation. One which I was at a surprise to hear Will's voice within the commotion. I was about to go up and say hello in my usual cheery voice, until I heard a different voice. This person seemed to speak with clarity and certainty, and 'was not' one to use slang terms of any kind. For some reason even then I felt as though I recognised the man's voice, or at least his worryingly pessimistic attitude. When I went to look around the corner in which the voices were coming from, I saw a truly bewildering site:

Two Projects, and yet one was being slammed against a wall, whilst the other stood in fury at him. I had no clue how it was even physically possible to have a copy of someone so similar, but I dared not make a sound.

"Dude. I'll ask one more time: Why the hell were you near Brian?!" Will yelled to the Project copy. He sure did have a way of beating first, asking later, as it seemed as though the person had already been met a couple times with either Will's or Project's fist. The person then spoke, "Hey, calm down, my friend, I was only making sure he didn't step out of line..." Will scoffed at the remark, yelling, "Shut up you fucker! I know you meant to break him!"

Project then put their hand on Will's shoulder, effectively making him step aside. At first I was already surprised to actually see who I believed must have been P, as he never showed himself around people, and could never really be found. I could only guess that Project had told Will where to find him, and then they both went over and dragged him to this secluded area. "Oh, look at this!" P remarked, "It seems as though I have even found a way to upset the unbreakable Project! Now this is my kind of events! So! What is going to happen now? Shall I crawl down to the floor and apologise profusely? Should I make a puppy face, and beg for mercy? I am in your hands, my friend! Just write the word, and I shall make it happen!"

Then surprisingly Project slammed their fist into P's stomach, making him coil to the floor, and then a voice no one had ever heard was spoken. It was broken and glitched, like a mixture of all voices heard before. There was no sound of originality, just the combination of those they were around to hear, "Look here, 'friend'! I am trying to find a reason why I shouldn't ruin your life here and now, and yet you are making it all the more infuriating to search for even a small reason! Answer the damn question: Why did you go near Brian, and break the agreement?"

"Whoa, you sound weird." Will observed, "Almost as though you don't even have a voice..."

"It's complicated, and I do not have time to explain. However, let's just say that I have no voice in which I developed, and so I must seek to use the voices I heard in my life. Also, I would recommend that if you do not want to end up like him, that you keep what you hear from me to yourself." Project stated, with a look more serious than I had ever seen. Will immediately nodded his head like a bobble-head, almost afraid to say anything. Project then turned back to P, who was still lying on the ground moaning slightly.

"You know, I hate it when the protagonist somehow has a good punch, even when they've never been in a fight..." P complained confusingly.

"Enough of your stupid story-speech, tell me why. Now!" Project commanded once more. P got up, and leaned against the wooden fence behind him. He sighed, and stated, "Brian was figuring things out. I found it to be in your best interest if he did not go around telling the world of his news, and took it upon myself to make sure this was a certainty. I was also curious to see if you had picked the right friends. By the looks of it, you have; they do fall to their knees eventually, but of course need persuasion like they should need. If you think that Brian should state everything he finally deduced about you, then go ahead and tell him that. However, I must warn you of what has been stated to us all: Do not do something that will affect our main goal."
