"Well then! It's been too long, everyone!" Sam greeted, as he and his friends arrived at the place they all had missed visiting: The park where they all last met.

Not much had changed in the months that had passed since they last all met. Some new saplings had sprouted from the ground whilst others had disappeared from the earth. The greenery was now slightly covered in dots of orange and red as autumn began to settle in. Trees were becoming bare branches, exposed to the chill winds and cold nights. Yet the winds were calm on this day. They weren't forcing the trees to bend and quiver to their will, but were instead allowing for them to wave at the people and families that strolled around in the park, unbeknownst to worries and fears, but instead glad to be together, happy.

The sky was a rose gold colour, with dashes of pink and yellow. The sun was close to setting but allowed its moments to be stretched out for the long-lost set of friends to have a new meet-up that they all dreamed of wishing. Only four clouds could be seen on this night, each of them like a cat prancing around joyfully in the sky. Birds were cheerfully chirping away as they busily worked at building nests or migrating west. Everywhere they all looked, there was life.

The group of friends sat by their usual tree, which to them would be their spot until the end of time. Each of them eager to meet each other again, but uncertain as to what to say. None of them were huge social out-goers, and yet that was the reason why they had been together for so long, because they were alike in so many ways.

Sam, now looking much more professional and smarter, had a much calmer and casual look about him. His entire outlook on life had changed. Gone was the man that feared death, that feared loss, and welcomed was the man that was able to let go and move forward and rebuild.

Weslie, still wearing black, was able to put a smile on her face as she saw everyone (or almost everyone) together again. She had learnt all about what had happened through everyone, and though she was in grieving as to what happened, she was getting herself back. After all, they all had suffered loss before today, it was now time to use that loss to build a new and better group.

Wynter was able to head back to England for a holiday -and was glad that she did- as she was able to be apart of this glorious moment with everyone she knew. Well, she wished she could say everyone, but she knew that today wasn't just a day to mourn, but a day to celebrate what was a long-overdue reunion.

Evaline, though she was new to the group, was glad to have met people who were around for Will, as she herself always was. She felt as though she may never get out of this mourning feeling, but she was glad that she was around people whom she could share this feeling with. She tried her best to look good, but as she learnt from Will; looks are never everything.

Danielle was obviously upset, and yet everyone there kept consolidating and helping her. They were feeling the same way, and so would be able to help her however many times she needed it. Though she did feel bad for being the overly emotional one there, she was happy to see everyone through her tear-filled eyes.

Thomas had taken a break from his business after everything that happened and spent a lot of his now free time exploring and doing the things that were apparently essential to do to live a good life. Yet, throughout all of it, he never complained, he never groaned. Instead, he saw why people said they were essential, and for once enjoyed the little things in life.

"So, where's Ridley?" Sam asked, confused as he wanted him to be here especially. Wynter also looked confused, as she had also requested for him to tag along "I don't know..." Everyone felt let-down, until a voice from behind Sam appeared.

"Sorry I'm late, but as you know I can't drive and I'm a bit of a slow walker." Ridley commented, "Hey, Sam, how'd your prediction go again?"

Sam didn't give an answer, but after having a near-death experience he couldn't hold back his urges to embrace Ridley in a long-awaited forgiving hug. "I am so sorry." Sam muttered, glad to see Ridley again. Ridley, unsure as to everything that was happening in those moments, simply patted his back, "Don't worry, man, I'm not going that easily, and neither are you!"
