Narrator POV
The sound of crickets could be heard going to sleep as The sun rose over the horizon. On a nearby hillside a Female Fairy is seen watching the sun bring a heavenly glow over The Fairy King's Forest, she sighed feeling the grass beneath her fingers.
Her eyes as gray as rain clouds were looking at the rising sun; she enjoyed watching the new sunrise each day but this time she wasn't focused on the sunrise for her mind was elsewhere.
The fairy was in a dress as white as snow that stopped at her knees, her black curls almost reached her hips swayed as the wind gave a slight breeze, and what exactly was this fairy waiting for?
She was waiting for Helbram, normally she wouldn't wait for him seeing as he could take care of himself just fine but lately he had been talking to humans and learning about things that he wouldn't have learned had he didn't show such an interest in human culture.
Clarabell included but her interests didn't lie solely in human culture but rather the other races of mythical creatures. Their homelands, cultures, and varying ways of life each race had that was unique to them and them alone, all of it interested her.
Normally Clarabell was used to waiting for the fairy in green to return, maybe with a new book as well since he asked the humans for some so they could both learn more about them and other cultures and species.
However, hours passed as Clarabell waited for him, her patience began to wear thin with concern and worry for him.
Helbram usually didn't take this long to come back, Clarabell stood up preparing to fly off to go look for him when she finally noticed the fairy in green in the sky waiting for her.
Clarabell then flew up into the beautiful clear blue sky, her pure white wings seemed to glow if the sun hit them just right stopping only when she was at Helbrams side her stormy eyes noticed he had not a book but rather a look of excitement and his eyes full of joy.
"Well, it seems like the humans gave you something other than a book for you to be this excited." Clarabell said her voice low and soft, her voice as smooth as silk.
Helbram then gave a sheepish grin as he responds with.
"Sorry Claire but this time I have something even more exciting than a dusty old book!"
Clarabell raised an eyebrow in slight confusion wondering what exactly the humans told Helbram this time to get him so riled up like this.
"What did the humans say that would be so much more important than books?"
Clarabell asked and Helbram than almost instantly started excitedly telling her that the humans were planning to take them to other lands so that they would learn more about them, not stopping for a single breath as he further explained that they also had to be there before sundown or they couldn't go and as soon as he was finished he gasped as he puffed trying to gain his breath back, his smile never faltering, but saw that Clarabell looked suspicious and lost in thought before responding to him.
"And how exactly Helbram will we get to these lands? Because it would raise suspicion to see a fairy so far away from The Fairy Kings Forest"
As Clarabell finished speaking Helbram then gave his reply: "Well, they are going to take us there in carts and provide us with clothes so we will be able to blend in without suspicion."
Clarabell was still suspicious but saw how excited Helbram was and the opportunity to visit other lands that she had only ever heard about in books; the chance to see them all in person was too enticing.
