Narrator POV

It had been 6 hours since the trio had been captured by the herd of Centaurs and Cervitaur's, them having thought that the trio had murdered a fairy and the three were separated so they wouldn't have a chance to escape.

On the North side of the herds settlement, Audine had a rope tied around her neck connecting her to a wooden pole, with her muzzle tied shut thus making her unable to speak.

On the West side of the settlement both of Alice's hands were tied around a wooden pole, her ankles having been bound as well.

And On the East Side of the settlement Crow was tied in the same way that Alice had been tied.

Crow was staring at the night sky looking at the stars, because she knew very well that when sunrise came and as she saw it there was no hope for escape.

Crows POV

I can't believe it, I'm going to be burned alive as soon as the sunrise signals the new Morning.

I knew I should've told the herd of Centaurs and Cervitaur's that I'm a fairy but for some reason I couldn't, I couldn't tell them that we meant no harm, maybe it was fear that prevented me from telling them what I am. Against what I was thinking the rest of my head kept telling me to keep my mouth shut and that I can't trust anyone.

I sighed and looked back up to the sparkling night sky taking in the beauty of it, If I'm going to die might as well remember how beautiful the stars are.

Audines POV

I am going to fucking kill those Horse and Deer people the first chance I get for tying me up to this fucking pole.

I kept pulling and tugging trying to break the rope praying that it would work, only stopping when a patrol of those horse and deer people were near so they wouldn't suspect anything. I have no idea what those creatures are going to do with me if they get away with Burning Crow and Alice alive, But I know that whatever they have in store none of it can be pleasant.

So with that thought in mind I continued to pull and tug at my rope around my neck, it hurt a lot but the thought of freedom was too enticing, so I tugged more and more until I heard a loud snapping noise along with me falling to the ground.

I got to my paws as fast as I could and looked at the pole to see the rope and finally snapped with the rope around my neck dangling a broken rope, unfortunately the rope on my muzzle was not coming off anytime soon and I didn't want to know what could happen if I shifted into my human form if the ropes would come off or would they still be tied somewhere on my face, I didn't want to risk it in all honesty, the rope was highly uncomfortable, however, this could be fixed later after I freed the others.

I began running to the west where I saw the horse people drag Alice, unfortunately for me since there are night patrols I had to hide a lot not to mention I had to be quick about it if we were going to escape.

I ducked, hid and ran as fast as I could to avoid being caught by the horse and deer people, along the way to Alice. When I had to hide I overheard part of a conversation that sparked my interest, when I over heard two female deer people both had fabric covering their upper torsos, unlike the males that I've seen so far and what I could hear was talking about us.

"-n't it seem strange to you?"

"What do you mean Candice?"

"The spell protecting us, only other magical creatures can enter our borders surrounding the herd keeping humans out."

"Yes it is strange but remember Candice it has been centuries since our last contact with human civilization so their magic may have greatened to which would explain them being able to find us."

"I guess your right Mayble"

I sat as still as I could until those horse girls left, this could explain why the "herds" village wasn't on the map but if this "spell" keeps out only humans then... how in the name of Luna did Alice get inside the borders, she's a human... is she?

I shook my head remembering my goal and continued to run, finally picking up Alice's scent and had begun to follow it until I eventually got to Alice tied to a wooden pole.

I swear to Luna the first horse or deer person I see I'm going to kill them right then and there.

I walked up to Alice who looked excited to see me again as I approached her she noticed the rope on my muzzle.

"Do you need help with that rope on your muzzle?"

I nodded my head yes, the ropes were highly uncomfortable so I went behind her, her restrained hands had some trouble getting it untied but eventually it became undone.

"Better Audine?"

"Much Better thanks Alice."

"No Worries."

I then began to bite and tug at the restraints on her hands until they came undone and Alice Untied the restraints on her legs.

After Alice got to her feet I helped her to run and hide until we reached the edge of the herds village when I stopped, turned to Alice and told her to run as far as she could and to wait for us far away from here and if Crow and I didn't get to her by the time the sun was up to go in the direction of Vaizel Town on her own.

Alice began to cry as I urged her to run and watched as she ran as fast as she could until I couldn't see her anymore in which I then turned and began to run back to the village to retrieve Crow.

I noticed that there were more patrols then when I had helped Alice to escape, I had a much harder time getting to Crow than Alice, then again since I had escaped when I was alone I guess they didn't want to take anymore chances I even saw the guy in charge in one patrol.

After some time I picked up Crows scent and tracked it, I was relieved to see Crow was alright but unfortunately she was being guarded by three horse people, looks like I'm going to have to think smart if I'm going to get Crow outta here.
