"You can't keep giving up and expect to get it," Jason tells me with a small laugh. We were in Music class now, on Monday, and he was trying to teach me another song on the guitar. However, this wasn't like the last song he taught me, it was much harder and longer. It's super hard, because I'm always off with something, either I strum the wrong string or whatever it's called, or I don't do it fast enough or too fast. It's super complicated, but it's a nice song, when I'm not the one playing it though. When Jason played it, it sounded pretty amazing, and I loved it. He offered to teach me, and because I got the first song, I thought maybe I'd get this, but I didn't, which just really sucks. I really wanted to learn a song on the guitar, because Jason could play, and I was planning that maybe sometime we could play together or something. But that was just my fantasy; I know it won't come true, considering I completely suck at playing instruments.

I sighed, "Can we just do another song?"

"Why?" He asked, taking his guitar that was lying in my lap and putting it on the floor in front of us. We always sit on the floor when we're in Music class, because there aren't a lot of chairs, and people already take them up, so we pretty much got used to sitting on the floor. Plus, it's a lot easier to play the guitar on the floor, for me that is.

"Well it's hard," I whined. "Let me do something easier, like the last song I learnt."

"Do you even remember how to do that one?" He wondered, keeping a small smile on his face.

I shrugged, "I think if you show me again, and I try, I'll pretty much have it." I wasn't sure about that, because I only got the song perfect once, but I mean, it won't be that hard anymore, right? He's gone over it so many times, I think that if he just did it once and showed me how to, I'll remember and basically have it down.

"Okay, I'll show you again, and if you can play that, then we'll do another song, a little harder." I nodded and he picked up the guitar, and for the next five minutes, he explained to me how to do it and then played it for me once, before giving me the guitar to try it myself. And so I did, and surprisingly, I got it perfect! Well, I think I did, it sounded good to me. I looked up at Jason, and he was smiling at me, "Good job," He congratulated me, which made a bunch of butterflies erupt in my stomach.

"Thanks," I squeaked, biting my bottom lip to try hiding the blush that I knew was going to come anyway. I gave him the guitar, so that he could play another song and teach me that. But before we could, the bell rang, meaning the period was over. "I guess you'll teach me tomorrow," I chuckled, tucking a loose stand of my hair behind my ear.

"Or you can come over after school," He suggested, as he got up off of the ground and I did the same. "I mean, it'll make up for you wanting to hang out on Saturday."

"You still remember that?" I asked him, kind of surprised that he'd remember that. I hung out with Josh's friend just so I won't be scared, but then that went horribly. I super hated that, especially because of what happened with Carter, but hopefully I'm never in that situation again. When Josh dropped me home, I fell asleep while watching my movie, so I wasn't all that paranoid, which was awesome. But I did, however, had to watch Hercules when I woke up, because I just couldn't leave it undone.

He nodded, "Yeah, I felt really bad."

"It's okay," I assured him, because he was helping Amanda, who was his best friend. I could understand that, considering I wasn't any help. She wasn't at school today, and to an extreme luck, her parents let her stay home because she was really upset. She was still upset about the whole Dustin thing, and if what Sophie told me was true, then I'm pretty sure she'd be even more upset.

"You keep saying that," He sighed, holding my hand in his as we walked out of the classroom and headed to lunch, which is always after Music class. "But I still feel bad about it; you never told me why you wanted to hang out though."
